The young boy this afternoon putting the food together needs to have better manners. He also needs to learn how to fix the food. We ordered a bowl and got a half scoop of rice a quarter of a scoop of everything else we asked to have on it. When we asked for bigger scoops of the rice and meat choice he total ignored us. The food service sucked and the portion did not even fill up half a bowl and was very expensive when checking out. The owner or manager needs to teach that young boy how to fix the food correctly and have a better attitude with customers. Very disappointed in this chipotle. We have never been to one that ripped people off like this one did today we have been to several throughout the USA. The young boy was rude to the customers ahead of us that asked for Steak. He tried making them choose chicken because he did not want to tell the back that he needed more steak because the gentleman cooking was working on other food items. Multiple people ahead of us told him they will wait for the steak and the young boy was not happy about that.

We are regular Chipotle customers because when shopping with my 18 yr old, it is something we both can agree on. This location is definitely the best in our 3 county area. The manager is normally there making sure the quality is maintained. When the rice, beans, proteins are fresh, best bowl ever. I don't like when the options are mostly empty. They do a decent job of making sure they are most the time. Staff seems well trained. We have walked out of St Lucie West, Traditional, and Stuart South locations because the options looked old, the service and serving area were an absolute mess. Keep up the good work here.

I usually like chipotle but this one has the most laziest workers always out of rice or chicken or steak and instead of making more there’s workers on the back on their phone. I’ve had several of these experiences here and I will never return to this one again.

My entire office and i normally order food here online and pick up at the chipotlane and there are two different girls that I normally see a lady in her late 30s or 40 and a young girl they are here on different days this young girls is the rudest employee I have ever came across, she slams the window open and doesn't even say your welcome after you say thank you she closes the window and walks away leaving you talking to yourself. Lets not forget to mention they seem to store their online food stand longer than they are supposed to, the food tastes rancid and spoiled (I'm sure the food department would love to hear about it) and we had to throw it all away and just wasted our money, this is just so disgusting and never going to this location ever again.

Great food food and even better employees. Bring some cash for a tip tho. The terrible owner won't let his employees be tipped when using a card. And most ppl now do use cards. Unfair to the employees.
Got an premium entree brisket 14$..felt I needs couple more sides such as more lettuce , sour cream , peppers ans black beans..Bill the elder gentlemen with glasses was so kind enough to say " well I gotta charge you for something" repeatedly..I guess you hand picked Bill huh. Coming from California getting the real Fla experience here. First hand with Bill. I guess that was another side that comes with it an attitude and if your lucky a side eye roll.Thanks.

Very small portion. The quality of the food is lower than in my previous visits to other Chipotles, since the rice was dry with little beans. I understand that they can be busy, but I was hoping for a better level of customer service. I like Chipotle, and this experience was disappointing. I hope they can improve the service and quality so that my next visits will be better.”

You see the ads on TV for a "special" and I just followed my granddaughter and got a bowl with chips (that are most excellent) but it was $40, and the $5 tip-I don't think it was worth that much $. But it was really really good. It was very utilitarian sitting and being in the Jensen Beach one was bright... felt like a prison atmosphere. Haha.
