I would appreciate it if the portions were adequate for $13. The service was alright.. however I don’t appreciate shaking food off the spoons or barely putting chicken in the bowls

I go to this chipotle semi regularly since its the closest one to me. It has gone downhill even more so lately. The portions are a joke. I have ordered both chicken and double chicken and they come out exactly the same. I have modified my bowl to include ‘light’ options and they give a standard if not more of it. Its completely backwards. This wouldn’t be such a terrible thing if the prices weren’t increasing too. Its ridiculous to charge and/or inflate prices for this kind of service. Save your money people and go somewhere else. You will not get your money’s worth here !

They are very awkward first of all. Second I ordered large chips and queso and did not receive my chips. What am i supposed to do? Drink the queso? Lick it with my fingers? For the price I spent $21. Wicked job chipotle. Wicked. Will never order from here again.

It’s the 4th time that I ordered a bowl to pick up, and it’s very small and empty in comparison with other Chipotle’s.
Waited in line for awhile, while they held Everybody up cuz they had no white rice ready ..my hubby and I both never eat the white rice..so we could have been helped, but wasn't...til the white rice was in the Bain...

HUGE HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!! I normally go to Chipotle every week without fail cause I do like the food but in this location is not the first time that this happens to me so I try to give them another chance but that's it... a miserable spoon of rice that doesn't even cover the bottom of the plate I asked for half chicken and half steak it looked like they counted the pieces that they give me and then I get charge for double portion!! The bow is not even half full even with the condiments I asked. I don't recommend this location to anyone, real real disappointed don't go here. Safe your money and go somewhere else!!!
