Well I came for a small meal which they have none. They said they only offer kids meal. I was going for a friend who said they couldn’t eat much & wanted a smaller bowl . Well nothing for that only one size fits all. So I ended up with a wrap which was more wrap then ingredients. 3 dried out looking pieces of chicken & a few beans 🤮. I wouldn’t of even bothered but my friend wanted something from this place. Long story short the majority of it landed in the Garbage which was where it belonged. Horrible looking food.

Food is good but the service is poor. No ice. No lemons. Roll their eyes if i ask for something. The place is messy.
They barely put any meat on bowels.
Sometimes i want to go because I enjoy the food, but then I remember everything and wait till that feeling goes away.

I've been living in Stuart since 2012 I believe this location has been there the whole time been eating there for years never had a problem until tonight I think somebody spilled the cilantro into the rice lit my mouth on fire I can't eat my food on a Friday night I'm very disappointed but the other 99% of the time this place is great

I’ve had one bad experience after the next and will no longer return to this nasty Chipotle location. Multiple young female staff members have given such an attitude the last few times I’ve been there. Today the girl tossed brown wilted lettuce on my burrito and when I asked her to pick a particularly soggy brown goopy piece off she tossed it in the trash over her shoulder with an attitude and looked over at her co-worker and made an annoyed face. I looked at her and asked why an employee would get mad that I asked he to take rotten food off of my order instead of being embarrassed and apologetic that they were serving such trash in the first place. All of the employees just stared at me with annoyed faces & no response.
This was me giving them another chance after my last experience with my online order of 4 dinners allegedly being taken by a different customer off of their unregulated free-for-all to go rack (the excuse they gave me after spending 10 minutes trying to figure out my missing order) and then them giving me a hard time about it. They the had the audacity to make me stand to the side waiting for them to finish all of their pending online orders that were supposedly on a time limit before re-making mine. Meanwhile I had ordered more than 30 minutes before that.
Someone needs to take notes from Chick-fil-A and hire some humans with class and dignity & at the very least basic customer service skills. I’ve never seen so many people looking so miserable doing the jobs they applied for.
They all always look annoyed to be working any time I go there. Makes you wonder if they follow safe food handling practices.

I'm done with this place. I put in an online order at 10:00 pm after busting my ass all day doing manual labor, ready eat my shoe and my order was wrong. And of course I didn't find out until I'm 30 minutes away. I ordered a coke zero and they put a regular coke in the bag. I'm DIABETIC!!! There isn't anyone to call the place is closed and their AI bot online is no help. They need to seriously train these people to know that some people order diet or zero sugar, not because they want to but it's for medical reasons and it can kill some people.

My food is always delicious and the portions are fine however, the amount of fat on the steak is disgusting. Every time I get a steak bowl I get at least 5 mouthfuls of straight fat. I don't understand why they dont take the extra ten seconds to trim the fat considering the price of the food...

I usually enjoy Chipotle, but this visit was extremely disappointing. From the moment I walked in, the staff made the experience uncomfortable. The red-headed employee rushed me through my order like I was inconveniencing her, and her co-worker with dark hair stood at the register giving me a cold, irritated stare the whole time. The atmosphere felt tense and unwelcoming.
To make matters worse, I went to use the bathroom and it was absolutely disgusting, dirty floors, overflowing trash, and an overall mess that clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a while.

Chipotle has relatively healthy food
It is the least expensive that does not bother my ulcers- about 12.00 for a small meat portion
Cchipootle is a happy food factory. The employees stand too much for their own good on hard floors. They pretty much are young here.

Horrible customer service. We went in for bowls and chips and when we got home the chips were so stale like cardboard. (Not the first time this happened) Went back the next day because it was already late at night and they were saying we should of came back that night🙂↕️giving us all kinds of attitude instead of taking responsibility for not checking their chips.
Great food. Atmosphere and decor could use attention. Very plain & boring. Looks like plywood stained wood wall.

Im not usually one to leave bad reviews but I feel that this location could use some help. Terrible experience - Whoever was left in charge of this location 6/22 around 4:30 PM should be sent for extra training and resources. The atmosphere was disgusting. The counter tops for the food making station were COVERED in food, nobody even cared to wipe it down what looks like for the entire day. There was no meat in any of the food bins ready. Nothing but a little pinch of scraps in each meat tray. It’s a simple concept… once you start to run low on the food, you have the chefs start making more so you’re not running out when you have over 5 people waiting in line that you can see. And it would be understandable if there was one meat out but every single option of meat was at bare. There’s one employee working the countertop. Idk if I can even say I got a burrito both burritos I ordered weren’t rolled properly while she made them and everything was spilling out the sides since she over stuffed them with the toppings and didn’t roll properly. It was such a mess that it didn’t even make sense to leave with it but I didn’t have the time to go another place. The chips were burnt and we threw those away too. It was a waste of $40 and it was pretty disappointing. This location needs help. It needs managers and more training. Nobody was friendly or welcoming that worked there. Everyone moved like a snail with no motivation. It was just sad. I’ve given this location a couple of chances to be better but that was my last try. I’ll definitely make sure to go somewhere else from this point forward.
