I got the Salad, with Chipotle honey chicken, cilantro-white rice, black beans, tomato salsa, corn salsa, queso, and the Chipotle-honey vinaigrette ā¤ļøāš„š¤š¼ oh em geeeeeeee, i BODIED it before i remembered to take a picture lol

The past two times Iāve come to this restaurant, Iāve received nothing but absolute attitude. Everyone has a straight face. No smiles. When it gets busy, everyone gets angry and is trying to get you out of their face rather than trying to make your visit one to nice. In the end, you do remember the visit and that you never want to go to that location in particular ever again. Everyoneās attitudes are disgusting.
You ask for a water up and youāre cut off with āweāre out of water cups.ā How about a regular cup then?!
You ask for a cup of corn and youāre treated like a burdenā¦ they wonāt even look at you. You tell them to have a great day and they ignore you.
Everyone is trying to move so fast to make your bowl that you canāt process what you want to get, after you tell them you want something itās ādid you want anything elseā in such a monotone, autopilot way.
This location needs an entirely new crew. I donāt know how people can stand to be treated this way when all they want to do is order food.

I love Chipotle but I hate going there, every time I go I think it's going to be better, wrong. Went today for dinner 3/7/2025, they're always out of something, tonight they were out of Fajita none cooking the serving station was a mess and the manager was standing at the end on her phone, i said to her, you're on your phone and you're out of food and your serving station is a mess, they have so many children running that store with no guidance and you need to STOP selling those stale nachos.

The manager may want to address the staff taking orders, as their professionalism and customer service could use improvement. During my visit, the music was so loud that no one could hear each other, and I was told it couldnāt be turned down. Additionally, the employees seemed disengaged, frequently rolling their eyes while taking orders. Itās possible they dislike their job or feel they arenāt being compensated enough, which may be affecting their attitude. Perhaps reevaluating their training, work environment, or pay could help improve the overall customer experience. I also noticed another customer expressing similar concerns.

Let me preface by saying I eat at chipotle often to say the least. Iāve been to this one 5-10 times at this point. This specific chipotle location sucks. Expect to wait in line for a while. Expect the food to be old, cold, and either over or undercooked. Expect the soda fountains to not be working. Consider yourself lucky if they give you anything but the last few dry grains of rice in the bottom of the bin. Employees are generally unhelpful and kind of rude here, but maybe thatās just my experience. Definitely recommend the pollo tropical across the street instead.

Last 2 times I've been here the girl was so quick spooning the food most of the protein ( chicken) falls off the spoon, maybe had 5 pieces of chicken in my bowl. Gave them a second chance and failed. If you like rice and beans only this is the place to go.

Just sent my wife to for a burrito and tacos rice in the burrito is cold just like beans, nobody even wants to do a proper wrap was coming out from everywhere and also cold tortilla , really sad to get something like that . Please if you donāt feel like working call out and stay home sleeping
