Ordered large chips and guacamole. They gave me a bag with like 20 chips in it and insisted it was a large. I said show me a small and they wouldn’t. Manager went in the back took about three minutes, brought me another bag with slightly more chips in it and when I got home, they were three day old stale chips. You guys are the worst at this location.

They do not care about DoorDash customers. this is not the first time this has happened, I just placed an order for a chipotle bowl and look how it came out when I opened it. that is literally nothing and worst part is that you can’t even call them to complain. Best believe I am having Someone go down there and confront them about that. It’s ridiculous how much food they put in there. I did get my full refund on DoorDash. But it’s the principal that matters. Whoever is making those DoorDash bowls needs to be fired.

2nd worst Chipotle bowl I’ve had. I’m pretty sure a manager made my burrito and she made it so fast that it was insanely wet and was barely held together she almost had to remake it. Tasted decent but there was no on in line, there was no reason to make it so fast that it came out terrible

The staff at this location displayed highly unprofessional and discriminatory behavior. Rather than focusing on their responsibilities, they made inappropriate and belittling remarks toward customers. This kind of conduct reflects poorly on the brand and creates an uncomfortable atmosphere. I strongly recommend management address the lack of professionalism and respect among employees at this location.

My first bad experience there was a young Hispanic girl making my bowl and she was too amped up that she was just throwing stuff in my bowl before I could tell her what I wanted……. She ruined my bowl and because of her they lost a customer today

I tried giving this location multiple tries and every time is a horrible experience. The staff behaves as if the food is coming out of their pocket. Never order online pickup either because they’re too lazy to make enough food. 3 bowls and they all look the same

Practically done with my bowl and I can count on 1 hand the pieces of chicken I had. Very skimpy with the protein as if it is coming out of the servers paychecks. The vinaigrette had a rancid smell, I was afraid to use it.
This is the worse location I ever been to and i don’t know why I keep trying it there taking orders while people are way back in the line where you can’t see what you went and the cashier lady was so slow and not one person had a smile management needs to get there stuff together for the Stuart location
