Its a nice inexpensive place to go to. The carpet looks like its been through a lot. And so does the playground, but other than that my toddler loves coming here.
*Updating my review from 3 to 4 stars. They've really changed and are much cleaner. The trampoline shouldn't be extra charge but that's not really the decision of this Chuck e cheese specifically. We even had a bday party here recently. We love Chuck e cheese!

Had a birthday party for my nephew. Him and his brother have fun. They got to see Chucky Chuck E cheese mascot took some pictures. We got pizzas giant cookies and special cups for free refills anytime we come back.

2 of My Grandbabies had a great time. (1 year old and 2 year old.) The Chuck E Cheese facility was Very Clean and well maintained. The pizza wasn't bad at all. I can see on all the sweet babies that was running around they was having a good time. Over joyed to see the happiness.

Horrible customer service. I was trying to compare prices between chuckle cheese and a Dave and Busters. Dave and Busters has their prices clearly listed online, Chuckie Cheese has None! Plus if you call them you can’t even speak to someone. It won’t matter what deals or good prices you have if you don’t fix your customer relations nightmare first. Bye.

Place gets packed on a Saturday but if you go during the week it's usually empty. Went on a Thursday and we were the only people in there.
I went into chucky cheese with 4 kids. We activated 4 cards for an hour which cost me 136.00 altogether which is already ridiculous since they have like 10 games in which half the time some of them are broken. Well about 40 minutes into being there I spent another 27.00 on dippin dots which at that time I paused the 4 cards. When everyone was done we all got up and the kids went to go play except one of the cards wouldn’t work. I brought it to the front desk and she basically said that he had to have played that 15 minutes in which I told her over and over again he didn’t. She said there was nothing she could do. I ended up leaving with all 4 because I didn’t want my son to sit there and be upset while everyone else played. As a business owner I feel like that was such bad business. She looked up the account and she could see where they all started back the same time and everything. She looked at me like I was a liar and also spoke to me like I was too. That was my last trip to chucky cheese that’s for sure.

My granddaughter always has a good time here. They put in a trampoline which is great. $12 for a wristband and special socks. There are kids on the trampoline with no wristband or special socks. SMH $12 is a little bit too much to be jumping on a trampoline anyway. Chuck e cheese needs to get their act together.

I haven't been there in years,talk about expensive!!!! We will never go again,not to much for the Kids to do and you wasting so much money,in one hour we spent 85.00 2 kids 1 large pizza, 1 salad,no wings, And no Chucky, What happened to Chucky??????
Parking: Be ready to walk a bit,Handicap parking taken by People who can walk good,no Handicap sticker on their cars!!?

My kids always have a blast! Plenty of games and space for them. Pizza is alright. I wish they’d monitor the trampoline area though. A lot of kids without socks/wristbands running in and out knocking down mine and others’ kids constantly. Some parents don’t supervise their children there so that’s super disappointing and frustrating.
