We had our Son‘s fifth birthday there this past Saturday with about nine children and 10 adults. Our party host was Peyton and she was amazing. All the kids had a blast, and so did the adults! With our party, it included:two slices pizzas for the kids and one extra for the adults, plus 2 hours for the kids to play, plus the ticket blaster for the birthday boy, all the kids got special cup with unlimited refills, dipping dots, and got to dance and sing with Chuck E Cheese himself, PLUS bonus tickets for all the kids AND extra for the birthday boy! We all had such a great time. We did opt to purchase the socks, so the kids could go on the trampoline and it was well worth it. We definitely got our moneys worth and we loved our party host. It was nice to just show up, party and leave. They did all the set up, clean up and made sure that we were taken care of. I highly recommend a birthday party here and if you can request a party host I would pick Peyton! The entire staff was wonderful and we look forward to going again!

We got a summer pass and have enjoyed 3 other locations in Orlando and one in Port Orange, FL. We went to check out this one a little after 6pm during the week and they closed down the salad bar. Everything was out except the sald and we were told they shut it down. A a lot of games were not working and it was so hot inside. Not sure if the ac was broken or what, but it's summer in florida and it was not fun going here. A lot of the games that you play with somone were down so you can't play games together. Anothing thing is the ant problem. They were all over our table as well as some games. I put my hand down on the edge of another table and had ants crawling on it. Ewww

The reservation was very sketchy at best, but the care that Payton gave our birthday girl Millie was top notch. It was very much appreciated!

We bought the summer passes. It's been okay, but many games are always messed up. We paid $10 each for 3 kids to do the trampoline today, but no one monitored it, so kids without socks or bands were on it.

My only issue was, they never informed me on bringing grip socks for the trampoline area; they sell it but I was not looking to spend extra money after an entire party for 12 kids.

Super expensive just to play. Ate before we went otherwise we would of spent over $200. Family of 6. 4 1 hour game cards with a coupon, 4 souvenir cups, $100+ at least 4 to 5 games down. There's a new Trampoline area which is cool, other than you can only pause your kids game card once. My kid just wanted to jump, meanwhile thier minutes were eating up. Skee ball kept breaking, all the of the photo machines were down which are an iconic souvenir. Was pretty disappointing.

All the staff are amazing! The games are fun. Trampoline is a blast. The stuffed crust pizza is fabulous. Prizes are endless. They have awesome monthly packages with every penny. Gold package comes with 50% off food and drink. Tends to be quieter during weekdays. Perfect place to meet friends

Brought my grandkids here during their Spring break. The service was ok. It took awhile for us to revive our food. We had to ask about it twice. The kids enjoyed themselves.
Its a nice inexpensive place to go to. The carpet looks like its been through a lot. And so does the playground, but other than that my toddler loves coming here.
*Updating my review from 3 to 4 stars. They've really changed and are much cleaner. The trampoline shouldn't be extra charge but that's not really the decision of this Chuck e cheese specifically. We even had a bday party here recently. We love Chuck e cheese!

We were here for a birthday party. My kids seemed to enjoy themselves. They were given a 2 hour game card. I like that they have security checking the kids with the parents. I would suggest that they offer food options.
