They fired all their staff. Under new ownership. You should hear how she speaks to the staff….anyways food has gone so down hill and FAST. At astronomical prices. Such a shame.

We have gone for breakfast a lot but this was our first time going for lunch. They have changes their host situation to seat yourself. We sat and there were several employees standing around making eye contact but after ten minutes no one came to our table. Another couple sat and a female server (that had been on her phone while waited) went right to them. We left after that and probably won’t go back ever again. It unfortunate because we do like their breakfast but if they change their system and don’t monitor or care then it’s not worth going. We went today around 1:30pm.

I worked here recently, and while I loved many of the customers and coworkers, I unfortunately had a negative experience related to pay.
After receiving a paycheck I couldn’t cash and asking when I would be paid, I was removed from the schedule without any notice. Since speaking out, I’ve heard from several others who had similar issues.
I believe every employee deserves timely and reliable wages. I’m sharing this so others can make an informed decision — not out of malice, but out of truth.

Nova bagel platter and country fried steak n eggs. Bravo!!!! Great service like last time, great price like last time, clean atmosphere like last time and very GENEROUS on the food THIS TIME!! We will be back next time we head north on the steel horse

My bacon in the BLT was in what seemed to be hundreds of pieces & was hard to eat. Then there were the chicken tenders that my grandson totally disliked ... The chicken was grossly dried out and the coating was spicy with an unusual tasting spice on them, which, to my grandson was un- palatable!!! Our waitress was very good, though. She even took the chicken meal off the bill ! Sorry City Diner -- this is our 2nd set of not great meals there. !!!!!
Kudo's to our server Billy for knocking it out of park for spectacular customer service. He was attentive, polite and all our orders were 100% accurate. Please management recognize Billy for his outstanding service.
