We go to City Diner a couple times a week my partner likes it for their “City Council Burrito” personally I’m not a fan of this diner, the food is not so great & the prices are much too high for the quality of the food, if you order breakfast I’m telling DO NOT ORDER TOAST!! Worse toast I’ve ever had in my entire life, they must buy the CHEAPEST Bread there is it’s hard as a rock & most times it comes to us burnt we have to send it back don’t know why we bother even when it’s not burnt you can’t even bite it it’s so hard. Absolutely Terrible!! Also they only give you 1 slice which I’ve never seen that anywhere but it’s just as well because you can’t eat it. I really want to scream every time he says “how about we go to City Diner”? The next time I’m going to reply with “ how about we DON’T go to City Diner”!

The place was empty when we went, about 4:30pm. People were nice and friendly. The food looked and tasted like it had been cooked that morning and then sat all day only to be microwaved when we ordered. Definitely won't go back. Waste of money.

My friend and I sat for 15 minutes without any service. I approached a waitress and asked if we could get a server. We waited another 10 minutes without any service. The diner was not crowded. We have been frequent guests. Needless to say I will not dine there again.

The food is always great here! Best Greek salads and gyros and I’m from NYC! Tonight tried Mahi Rueben and it was outstanding! Waitress was great and she provided quick service!
