I wanted to give a glowing review to the lovely ladies, Janice and Carissa, who were working this evening. The were friendly, professional and made our orders to the highest Cold Stone standards. The milkshake was absolutely perfect! Their customer service was exceptional (a rarity these days) and the reason we have chosen this location over others. I hope the owners know they have two real gems on their team.

Not very good customer service. Charged me for a larger size than I ordered, and I didn't get my reward points. Interior needs better upkeep. 3 stars because I still love ice cream, but I won't be coming to this store again. I'll choose a different ice cream shop.

Line moved slow, service was okay, ice cream was meh. But in the ice cream case down where the flavor names are displayed there was aā¦ leg! Wondering where the rest of this little fella is? Probably should do a deep cleaning because if thatās what we can see I donāt wanna know what there is in the pantry and such. Owner/ manager hid in the back while two younger employees helped the long line.

Degusting!!! Paying top dollar for artifice ice cream, nothing good about it. Owners decided to use another brand n pass it on as stone cold Ice Cream Itās not the original stone cold ice cream. Over price for garbage cream.

Ice cream was great. But the people who served us did not wanted to be there at all, no welcome, no acknowledge, had us waiting in lines forever while they make online orders. Not good customer service at all.
The workers were amazing and worked so hard and efficient. The manager, or owner, not sure who the man was who came and stood over workers shoulders was not a nice person. He was rude to workers and not appreciative of how hard the young man was working.

Placed an order on the app 8/5 and realized there was a mistake. Tried to cancel the order on the app immediately after placing it but it prompted me to call the store. I call and the owner picks up and tells me he will refund the order but he isnāt at the store right now so he will do it later. I was already on the way so I ended up going into the store to make sure they didnāt make the order since I was having it cancelled. The worker was very nice about everything and of it was of her control so I left and decided to wait for the refund as promised. But I find it odd that there was no way to get a refund considering I never got the ice cream. I waited for the order to be refunded for a few days, but I was still charged so I ended up having to dispute it.

Terrible ice cream, my fiancĆ© bought pistachio ice cream for me just tried one bite and I return it and the Indian man didnāt want to give refund.
I donāt recommend this place because if you donāt like some flavor of ice cream that Indian man is not going to give refund..
