I wanted to give a glowing review to the lovely ladies, Janice and Carissa, who were working this evening. The were friendly, professional and made our orders to the highest Cold Stone standards. The milkshake was absolutely perfect! Their customer service was exceptional (a rarity these days) and the reason we have chosen this location over others. I hope the owners know they have two real gems on their team.

Not very good customer service. Charged me for a larger size than I ordered, and I didn't get my reward points.
Interior needs better upkeep.
