Got the meatloaf dinner, one small piece of meatloaf that was burnt, small serving of mashed potatoes with a little of the white gravy on it. All in all the dinner portion size was way less than what I expected, especially for the price. I usually enjoy a nice meal at Cracker Barrel and am a rewards member but this meal was subpar and not at all worth the price. Server also didn't offer a drink refill until I was finished with my meal,never che ked back on me after I received my food until the end. Poor service and poor serving size.

We stopped overnight planning on eating at cracker probably six times, was told to leave by the manager so we're done with cracker barrel forever. Really sick of people who are against RVs.

Ive always loved Cracker Barrel, Ive been coming for 15-20 years. The changes they’re making will ruin their business. They tried to charge me $8 for a basket of biscuits. YES, the biscuits they’re famous for putting on the table!!!

The menu changes are bad. Their mashed potatoes taste like they’re powdered now.
The manager wasn’t very nice at this location either. It was really just a sad sad experience.

3 orders. One was correct. Two were wrong. One had to be sent back because it was raw. Server forgot to bring out our rolls and corn muffins. Shattered the glass and sprayed a customer with beverage and shards of glass. Took forever to get in and out.

Delicious breakfast! I highly recommend the egg sandwich, add sausage. The service was perfection! The gift shop staff went above and beyond to help.

Waited one hour to get food. Barely warm at best. Must have been sitting in warming area for at least a half hour.
The manager was a joke. Offered us to wait again for hot food. Are we stupid? No compensation or an offer of some kind. It was like we had nowhere to be

Decent food, Rude management. Be careful if your child brings a toy in because my 5 year old was treated like a thief. No we didn’t want any of your kitschy overpriced chachki, just wanted to enjoy breakfast after Church. The restaurant is dirty. The bathrooms smell. The food is mediocre. The location in Jensen Beach has much better management and is better run.
