Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Was a very nice place, they were quick to get drinks and food out, the food was hot and delicious. The inside was actually not too cold thanks to having a fire place during these few cold months. The gift shop as always was filled with so many cute things!!!

We live in Stuart,Fl and frequent Cracker Barrel often. The store is always freezing cold and bring it to management is fruitless. They say cold temps are required by corporate. Even when rainy outside and wetted from the run in from the parking lot corporate wants it cold inside. Nuts, customers are all jackets and sweaters and the biggest issue is the food gets cold. This is the worst. Resent news proves that Cracker Barrel is not trying to make the customer happy. What seems to be important is some selfish idea from someone sitting in corporate office.

This has been a reoccurring situation at several Cracker Barrel locations lately. It's a hit or miss. This is one we often go to in addition to the one in Jensen Beach. But on a particular Friday night, you had no kids menus printed, no diet soda. The regular sodas tasted flat, the Arnold Palmer we settled on was extremely tart. The meatloaf was dry, muffins were stale, and the hash brown casserole was stale tasting. All on the same visit. Some food on the menu was unavailable at 6pm. Thankfully, our server was great. It wasn't his fault, but my goodness, this was a terrible experience. The quality at Cracker Barrel has really nose dived lately. You guys need to do better.

We tried the campfire dinners and were pleasantly surprised. The beef was so delicious and tender. The chicken was seasoned perfectly too. I highly recommend those dinners.

Brent was awesome! He was super friendly, checked in on us just the right amount, and gave some great food recommendations. He really made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I would definitely come back and ask for him again.

Brent was a really great server today kept my ice tea full and the meal he recommended was good!

Our Server, Brent was so very on top of all aspects of service, we were greeted very quickly, he was very helpful in making our selection of food. Our food was served as soon as it was done being prepared, I know this because the food temperature was perfect and the food tasted so good.
Brent is A1A , a great asset to this company.
