Overall, the staff at this location are helpful, efficient, and customer-service oriented. Most have a friendly, customer-facing attitude. When I visit later in the evening, however, that energy can understandably dip—especially when staff are stepping away to fill orders or working in the bakery. This never comes across as rude; it seems more like fatigue and being stretched thin, particularly with multiple orders and a small crew. This may be an area where additional support from management or corporate could help. Crumbl offers unique, high-quality desserts for both adults and kids when you’re looking for something a little extra. The rotating menu has both advantages and drawbacks. Each week typically includes six cookies, with one or two simpler options and several more creative flavors. Because the cookies are on the pricier side, most customers may not want to experiment with flavors they’re unsure about. On the flip side, when you find a favorite, it may be a while before it returns to the menu. Overall, it’s worth trying—more than once. Just don’t expect to finish a whole cookie in one sitting. How often you visit really depends on how much you enjoy the variety and your budget (especially if, like me, you have kids who want their own cookies too).
