The teenage girl was very rude and bothered. Who puts cones in cups? The blizzard was soupy too. Everything was disappointing. It was our first and last time at this always dead location and now we know why.

Showed up about 6:30pm on Sunday 8/31. The doors were locked with workers inside but someone showed up for an online order, they opened the door gave the order then closed the door in the face of two young kids waiting. A little girl Maggie was trying to help people by telling them there’s workers inside but they’re closed.

Amazing customer service from the young lady that worked on 8/24. She was working solo and it was busy however she was extremely friendly and fast. Welcomed everyone with a smile. You do not find this often anymore.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience at your [Store Location] on [Date of Incident].
I ordered a small strawberry blizzard, but I was given a strawberry sundae instead. When I politely pointed out the mistake, the employee insisted I had ordered a sundae. She then took the cup back, looked at it, and handed me another strawberry sundae in a blizzard cup. The ice cream was still white, and the strawberries were not mixed in, nor was the consistency thick as a blizzard should be.
Feeling frustrated, I looked for the employee to address the issue again, but she was no longer behind the counter. I ended up throwing the sundae away, which felt like a complete waste of money.
I hope you can address this issue to ensure a better experience for your customers in the future.

I love Dairy Queen and I’ve been to multiple locations in and out of state but this location needs help!!! I’ve been to this location twice and there’s always just been one person working!! I think they need to hire more staff very soon. If not you’ll lose lots of customers…

This place is clean and friendly environment! My husband got the butter finger blizzard & I got the banana split without pineapples! Everything was fresh and delicious!

Tyler and Brooklyn were very nice even close to closing! I would come again and again! Great customer service!

My wife and I went in for Banana splits. What we got was little pieces of banana not a split and the amount of ice cream was so small that you could not see it under the whipped cream. This DQ is really going down hill in the product they are serving. So disappointed.

I’ve been a loyal customer for quite some time now of Jensen Beach Dairy Queen and I’m not just impressed by the products, but also by their exceptional service. Today, I called by phone because I had a bit of a predicament. I believed I had mistakenly left my wallet at the table I had sat at the previous day.
When I spoke to the young man who answered the phone, he was incredibly pleasant and helpful. He promptly placed me on hold and diligently searched the entire store for my wallet. Although he couldn’t find it, he kindly informed me that he had my phone number and would give me a call if he eventually discovered it.
Although I forgot to ask for his name, I was thoroughly impressed by his polite demeanor and willingness to assist me. I eventually found my wallet somewhere else, but I’m truly grateful for the young man’s efforts. He truly deserves my appreciation and gratitude.
