The only reason I am writing this review and giving it five stars is because of the employee James who worked by himself (I’m assuming) on a Saturday night! His attitude was perfect he apologizes for the wait to every customer, he never seemed bothered by the situation, and every ice cream was made with a full effort. We need more employees like him, I hope that Dairy Queen appreciates him as much as Jensen Beach did on this night!

Been visiting this location since it opened. Kids from JBE run it. Never had any real customer issues... till today. Bought a box of Buster Bars, got home, none had outer dip, all totally dipless. So next day I bring back box minus 3, 3 got eaten of course. The lady opens the store cooler, pulls out 3 sealed boxes, opens them, all no dip. She then hands me 3 from behind counter, says I ate 3 so thats what she owed me. I took the 3 and left. Well, ya just list a loyal customer.

For years my friend and I enjoy DQ almost every Friday. Your staff member,Cathy M, has been one of the main reasons we keep coming. We are always greeted w/a huge smile and as we sit there, notice she's that way with everyone - totally welcoming, attentive and accurate w/orders. Just wanted to let you know what a wonderful asset Cathy is to DQ.

Today, a young lady named Grace was working alone and had a bunch come in at once. I watched as I used to own a Denny's Restaurant....and truly was impressed by how efficient and gracious she was. When my turn came...I asked if she knew how to make a Pecan Mudslide (a Royal Treat no longer on the menu). She Said "tell me what it is...and I can try make it for you"?She did it perfectly. What a great expiernce and I will most definitely be back...over and over....??Mark & Penny Guttormson

On 3/23/24 , the time was approximately 3pm. I came in to order and eat in. A young man was working by himself and he did a fantastic job considering the place was very busy. He had a few strange folks, including myself. The chili dog was delicious. The young man behind the counter was a very accomplished young man. Thank you for your good service and delicious well presented food.

The kids taking orders wasn't washing hands before making orders or wearing gloves. He also had zero expression in his face . Only the top halfof blizzard blended

Drive in. Blizzards were sitting for a minute before pickup. In 1 minute was melting hard I recently received an email from DQ, buy one blizzard regular price get 2nd for $1.99, but kid at window said he wasn't aware of it and it had no bar code and refused to honor it. Why does DQ send me promos by email if nobody is aware of it and doesn't honor it? I have more issues with this DQ 9019 s .us 1. I guess I can go back to the DQ at 2531 nw federal hwy. They had wonderful blizzards and a nice gentleman working.
