We are always greeted w/a huge smile and as we sit there, notice she's that way with everyone - totally welcoming, attentive and accurate w/orders. Today, a young lady named Grace was working alone and had a bunch come in at once. I watched as I used to own a Denny's Restaurant....and truly was impressed by how efficient and gracious she was. When my turn came...I asked if she knew how to make a Pecan Mudslide (a Royal Treat no longer on the menu). She Said "tell me what it is...and I can try make it for you"?She did it perfectly. On 3/23/24 , the time was approximately 3pm. I came in to order and eat in. A young man was working by himself and he did a fantastic job considering the place was very busy. He had a few strange folks, including myself. The chili dog was delicious. The young man behind the counter was a very accomplished young man. Thank you for your good service and delicious well presented food.

Drive in. Blizzards were sitting for a minute before pickup. In 1 minute was melting hardI recently received an email from DQ, buy one blizzard regular price get 2nd for $1.99, but kid at window said he wasn't aware of it and it had no bar code and refused to honor it. Why does DQ send me promos by email if nobody is aware of it and doesn't honor it? I have more issues with this DQ 9019 s .us 1. I guess I can go back to the DQ at 2531 nw federal hwy. They had wonderful blizzards and a nice gentleman working.

The ice cream was grainy, runny, and literally inedible. I took the order back and asked for another. They were nice enough to replace it, but the 2nd one was no better. I ordered a pecan turtle blizzard. Turtle pecan is my go-to favorite flavor. I would not return to this location. The seating area was also not clean, but was sticky from previous customers.

Since Dairy Queen now serves chocolate soft serve ice cream i’m a fan. For years i’ve ordered a large soft serve and paid for it to be dipped. That was okay but actual Chocolate is even better.When I lived in San Diego I always visited Fosters Freeze for their large chocolate soft serve cone. Loved it.Now i can relive those good cones right here in South Texas.Thank you Dairy Queen. Everyone sells tacos, burgers and fries but who sells chocolate soft serve cones?Dairy Queen. That’s who.Enjoy.
Just visited DQ at 2531 NW Federal Hwy (by Britt Rd.)Never was greeted by the lady who was working, only personality she has is a stern gruff look as if being bothered. We were the only ones and continued to be the only ones until we were ready to leave. Another customer came in and place a to go order. I patiently waited at the counter to ask for two lids. Ms. Personality comes over I explained I needed 2 lids one a blizzard and one for a cupfection and I was in no hurry. She only came back to me with the one lid so I asked for the one I needed, she huffed and rolled her eyes put down the items roughly on the counter that the was making as if I was a problem. By the way the lid didn’t fit what I needed and I didn’t bother asking for the correct one even though the other customer had left. Her mannerism towards me was unprofessional and I promise I will never visit this location again. No one deserves that treatment. I could have been an a$$ and called her out but I choose the high road. I hope no one else gets treated like this. No excuses for her behavior!!

I went there this morning with my client and I was met by the most racist rude employee ever I never seen anybody blatantly disrespect a disabled person. I will never be visiting here again and If you have family members or you’re traveling with anybody that is disabled or on the spectrum in any kind of way I don’t suggest that you visit this establishment

How could anyone not leave a 5 star review for Dairy Queen? I guess if you received poor service, well I didn't, great service, and I guess you could say a perfect vanilla cone.

But I saw other people gave the one star review about here, I think I should give review too.I have no idea how many different flavors of blizzard in DQ, I have ordered only Oreo blizzard.When I got it, it looks like add some pink artificial color, I asked the waiter: is it Oreo? he said it’s cotton candy, I said I ordered MINI OERO BLIZZARD(not even one syllable sounds like cotton candy), obviously he didn’t hear clearly about my order.he was just giving me a resting face, has no reaction to me, no apology, nothing to fix the problem.I think the store manager should do something about their customer service with their employees (or part-time job kid)I didn’t eat it at all.
