I used Jessica to cater my daughter's going away party. We had a fiesta theme and opted to have a taco bar buffet style. I will start with saying the food was delicious. BUT, we ran out of food!!! Jessica assured me ahead of time that would not be an issue and sent me referrals of all who said the same. But their guest lists were lot smaller. I paid for 92 people. We had 80 at the party, some of which were young children. And there was not enough food. I was ate leftovers...
I used Jessica’s catering and serving staff for my wedding 10/19/24. She did an absolutely amazing job, everyone told me how much they enjoyed the grazing table during cocktail hour. Jessica was a super-star!!! When we were discussing what kind of food we should have at our rehearsal dinner and our wedding, she was adamant that our menu reflect our own personal tastes and preferences. She worked with us to create an amazing menu that got me really excited for both meals, and not only did she deliver, she knocked it out of the park. The rehearsal dinner was sumptuous roast beef, incredible mash potatoes, a super-healthy salad and an amazing Mac n’ cheese....
