This dominoes goes above and beyond 4 there customers. I have eaten alot of dominoes over the last 40 years. The pizza is usually on point that if u get a pizza in Arizona or Indiana or Florida. So it comes down to the customer service and this dominoes goes above and beyond for there customers. Just wanted to say thank you, you guys have made my life a tad easier the past few years so thank you.

Iām extremely disappointed with my recent order from Dominoās.
Not only did I receive the wrong order, but the quality and accuracy were completely unacceptable. I paid for something I didnāt receive, and this is simply not okay ā especially from a brand thatās supposed to value its customers.
This isnāt the first time Iāve had an issue, but this time itās beyond frustrating. I expect a proper response and a full resolution ā either a refund or the correct order delivered ASAP.
I hope this is taken seriously

This is by far the best Dominos in South Florida. I live in West Palm Beach but my boyfriend lives in Stuart. And I canāt even order dominos anywhere else now because it just doesnāt compare. I get the cinnamon bread every weekend basically. The staff is so friendly and knows how much I love my cinnamon bread. Even the delivery dude, he double checks everytime to make sure I have 2 icings. You canāt beat this dominos. And the evening staff rocks because they all know I donāt order until after 10:30-11 pm.

This is how we received our pizzas. The pizzas was left on the ground outside the property near the street. I contacted dominoes and a young lady answered the phone. When i told this young lady what happened she hung up the phone or we got disconnected. When I called dominoes back she was laughing when she answered again. The lady sent us replacement pizzas that we couldnāt chew. They were overcooked or reheated. The second person that delivered the pizzas name is Jay. What a remarkable young man. Jay continued apologizing for the horrible treatment. It almost made up for the horrible service. I was not going to do a review but thought about how many people will endure the horrible treatment we received so I change my mind and decided to warn others. I almost forgot to mention that the buy two or more for 6.99 deal is not true. We was being charged 9.00 a pizza.

Then this time is about the second or perhaps the third time, they put someone on the phone to tell me, they donāt take special deals over the phone- It has to be ordered online (I already knew the negative he was trying to pull)
So I said: āIf I order it online, will it still be considered valid?ā
He plainly said: āI donāt know, we donāt see coupons and so onā
I got tired of it and hanged up. They deserve this nice 1 star review from me.
As a customer I prefer honesty and loyalty- & they donāt meet this standards. Is all about using deals as a form of customer bait and then getting you to spend the highest- Not in their best interest for customers to be treated with loyalty to what they offer
If they donāt like giving deals, all they have to do is take out from their website and thatās itā¦ Nope, thatās not their solution I guess.

For some reason the lobby is āclosedā even though hours say until 11:30 pm. I politely asked the manager over the phone if I could just order carry out and wait in the parking lot to which he rudely replied āIām still going to charge you a delivery fee.ā This is why these places are all losing money. I guess my money is no good here
Can't place an order on the phone because you're on hold forever can't place an order in person cuz they don't take orders in person.

The pizza tasted like good old fashion Domino's. Not great, but not the worst Pizza you ever had. Even if it was advertised as the "New NY Style" it still tasted the same and did not look close to the pie's advertised on the TV. However everyone in the building greeted me as I came through the door. The order was hot and ready as advertised. Will I try them again.......yea
