This is by far the best Dominos in South Florida. I live in West Palm Beach but my boyfriend lives in Stuart. And I can’t even order dominos anywhere else now because it just doesn’t compare. I get the cinnamon bread every weekend basically. The staff is so friendly and knows how much I love my cinnamon bread. Even the delivery dude, he double checks everytime to make sure I have 2 icings. You can’t beat this dominos. And the evening staff rocks because they all know I don’t order until after 10:30-11 pm.

This is how we received our pizzas. The pizzas was left on the ground outside the property near the street. I contacted dominoes and a young lady answered the phone. When i told this young lady what happened she hung up the phone or we got disconnected. When I called dominoes back she was laughing when she answered again. The lady sent us replacement pizzas that we couldn’t chew. They were overcooked or reheated. The second person that delivered the pizzas name is Jay. What a remarkable young man. Jay continued apologizing for the horrible treatment. It almost made up for the horrible service. I was not going to do a review but thought about how many people will endure the horrible treatment we received so I change my mind and decided to warn others. I almost forgot to mention that the buy two or more for 6.99 deal is not true. We was being charged 9.00 a pizza.

Today Thursday, November 14th at around 6:40 pm I saw a carry out deal from Dominoes Website. I called to order (Usually there’s no issue).
Then this time is about the second or perhaps the third time, they put someone on the phone to tell me, they don’t take special deals over the phone- It has to be ordered online (I already knew the negative he was trying to pull)
So I said: “If I order it online, will it still be considered valid?”
He plainly said: “I don’t know, we don’t see coupons and so on”
I got tired of it and hanged up. They deserve this nice 1 star review from me.
As a customer I prefer honesty and loyalty- & they don’t meet this standards. Is all about using deals as a form of customer bait and then getting you to spend the highest- Not in their best interest for customers to be treated with loyalty to what they offer
If they don’t like giving deals, all they have to do is take out from their website and that’s it… Nope, that’s not their solution I guess.

For some reason the lobby is “closed” even though hours say until 11:30 pm. I politely asked the manager over the phone if I could just order carry out and wait in the parking lot to which he rudely replied “I’m still going to charge you a delivery fee.” This is why these places are all losing money. I guess my money is no good here

The pizza tasted like good old fashion Domino's. Not great, but not the worst Pizza you ever had. Even if it was advertised as the "New NY Style" it still tasted the same and did not look close to the pie's advertised on the TV. However everyone in the building greeted me as I came through the door. The order was hot and ready as advertised. Will I try them again.......yea

After work, I ordered some late night pizza, wings, and soda from here to have some dinner after an extremely long day at work. There was a minor mistake with the delivery of the order (we live in a community where all of the buildings look the same). I called the store to report the issue and the woman and man I spoke with separately were so kind and attentive despite the hour. I was walking around the neighborhood to check the apartments in case it was delivered elsewhere to only come back to my order already there. Shortly after, the General Manager personally delivered a fresh order. I thought that was so nice and I wanted to share because clearly he is doing an excellent job with this location. I work in hospitality management and would seriously be honored to have this staff on my team. Thank you!

I know it's "just pizza" but when it's the second time in a row that your buffalo pizza comes without the Buffalo sauce, which you pay extra for, it's annoying. Seriously. Probably won't be back.
