First time ordering at Duffys it was an call for taken out. We ordered 2 simple sandwiches no changes. The shrimp po boy was the order that was not satisfied. It did not come with any romoulade sauce as described. Not on the sandwich nor in a cup on the side. The sandwich was very dry. Just shrimp thrown on bread with lettuce and tomato. Made very poorly. They do not care about their customers or they wouldn’t have forgotten the only key ingredient that makes it the name Shrimp Po Boy!

This place like all the franchises are having issues because the food and service Is getting worse and worse.1 hour for fish and chips and salmon when is not his quarter capacity. Wrong side of order. Cold food.not checking if we want more drink.Not recommended. I was giving this place the last chance after a couple month of bad experience. Not recommended.

These must be bogus reviews. Need new mgt. at 6pm Wed nite walked in by myself I sat right by front door and totally ignored for 10 min never acknowledged. Guess they thought I wasn’t worth It. I’ll never go back
The server's name is July. It's a Tuesday night and decided to come to Duffy's South Stuart for dinner tonight. Because every time we are in town, this is our go to.I ordered a French dip and one. It eventually came, the French fries were totally ice cold. my wife ordered a Ruben and server had said that it comes on seedless marbled rye, which was totally false. Sandwich came out on regular seeded Rye bread. No thousand island dressing on the sandwich, which is customarily on a Reuben.The manager I guess, She came over to the table to see how things were. And that is when we complained about wife's sandwich and my ice cold fries.Once the food runner brought all of our food, there was no sign of July to see how things were going and how things tasted. And if anything was wrong with the way the food came out. I guess it's time to find a new go to when we come down to Stuart to have dinner... There are many, many choices to eat here in Stuart instead of Duffy's.

If there was an option to give ZERO stars, that's exactly what Duffy's Sports Grill at 6431 SE Federal Hwy, Stuart, FL would receive from me. My recent experience with them was nothing short of a nightmare.I called in with a simple inquiry, only to be immediately placed on hold without a word. Imagine waiting for an aggravating 12 minutes, hanging up due to frustration, then calling back, only to be greeted by an incredibly rude and young-sounding employee who had the audacity to yell at me to wait on hold. The sheer disrespect in her tone was shocking.All I wanted to know was the current wait time to decide between dining in or take-out. Instead, I spent over 12 minutes listening to endless self-praise about why Duffy's is supposedly the best, which, based on this experience, is far from the truth.Being yelled at by staff is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. It's a basic expectation to be treated with courtesy, especially when you're a potential customer. This incident has completely turned me off from Duffy's, and I would strongly advise others to reconsider patronizing an establishment that permits such poor customer service.
