We had to go wait on the very long drive-thru line because she was too busy but there was only one person in line ahead of me. I wanted to order donuts and coffee for my coworkers but decided I would go somewhere else.

Store #302512 is my go to Dunkin when I'm on my way to work. All the staff is so friendly and welcoming. They remember my name and greet me with a smile always. From the person taking the orders who has let me know and others on several occasions that she loves my name, to the person handing me my food, the experience is absolutely delightful. Even when they don't have what I ordered at the moment, they make sure to give me plenty of other options to choose from, and make sure to let me know when it will be back in stock. If I'm not having such a great morning this Dunkin and its staff is sure to change my mood by the time I leave the drive thru. Way to go store #302512, you definitely have a lifetime customer out of me!!!

This place is extremely slow, not clean at all extremely chaotic. The food is disgusting. The service sucks. They got my whole order wrong even though it says the correct thing on the receipt. These people are totally incompetent and does not need to be working at any job whatsoever will never go to this place again. It is absolutely horrible. Worst service and food and drinks I’ve ever had in my life. I do not recommend going to this place at all. Do not waste your money on it.

We just left this Dunkin.’ We walked in as they were getting ready to close in 20 minutes. I honestly didn’t realize it was near their closing time. The two ladies could not have been kinder. They were friendly and hospitable. Thank you Dunkin’ for hiring these two wonderful ladies. We will be back.

Very weird atmosphere. Sterile, compact and un welcoming. No seating. It’s a shame they renovated it.
Two options 1)Drive through=cash only 2)card=Automated lobby. No human would appear unless I finished transaction with the kiosk. The kiosk took partial payment from my card and demanded another form of payment for the remaining balance. I only had cash as another payment but no human would appear and no option to cancel the transaction. I just have to accept that they got a few dollars from me and I only got to smell the food.

Thankful to have max at this location been coming here for 3 years and since he’s started always treated me super respectful and just has a sense of wanting to be there. Cindy is always moving never a dull moment she really brightens up the place. They are an amazing work duo and always share laughs with the customers while also moving efficiently and getting their orders out to them. My favorite location!!

Just went to this location this morning and they have removed the lobby and made it a drive through only. Half the experience ( especially for the kids) is to see the donut choices on display and make their choices and now that’s gone. Not happy. Bad management decision. I’ll go elsewhere now.
