Doesn’t accept cash at the front counter. Only at drive thru. If you don’t have a car for the drive thru and want to pay with cash they will not serve you.

Always atleast a minium of a 10 minium drive thru wait. No matter what day or time it is. Workers are so slow, and sit outside smoking cigarettes while the line wraps around the parking lot.

I have to say, I come to this location nearly every morning and it is by far the best Dunkin in my area. The coffee is always consistently very good, my order is simple but somehow it’s hit or miss at other places. The staff is always on point and SO friendly. Just wanted to show a little appreciation to them for always doing such a great job.

Possibly the worse Dunkin’ to go to. You can’t go inside and pay cash anymore, they re did the whole thing only for it be smaller and less convenient. I asked the lady if I could pay for my meal with cash while inside and she said to go through the drive thru knowing that my vehicle can’t fit. Honestly what a waste of space and money to “upgrade”

This used to be a very busy Dunkn Donuts for many years. Recently, the people working there have absolutely ruined the customer service and make it known that you're not appreciated. They are some of the most rude employees I've ever encountered. A couple of weeks ago the doors were locked and an older toothless woman told me that you can't go inside. She was outside smoking up a storm. She said that you have to order on the app and go through the drive through. That was just insane. I only wanted a couple dozen donuts and a bunch of coffees for a meeting just a few blocks away. I drove over to Cali Coffee and a young lady (with a sincere smile) took my order and sent me on my way. Dunkin Donuts certainly has changed! Just not for the better. This morning I tried them again for a breakfast sandwich and a large coffee. The coffee was very weak and the breakfast sandwich was cold in the middle. No person I know likes cold sausage. Do yourself a favor and skip this location. They don't care about how the product is made or how they poorly they serve it to you. Dunkin Donuts Corporate needs to check into this location. This is not only shameful, it's disgusting!

I am not a regular to this location but I do or did go here when staying in Stuart. I have no problem with the quality of the food. I hadn't been here in a while and was extremely disappointed when I walked in and all there was now are 2 self serve Kiosks and a pick up counter. When I walk into an establishment I want to talk to a real person and place my order. I do not want to use my phone or a self serve Kiosk. This is cold and univiting. The real problem is the hike in minimum wages so I understand the reasoning but that doesn't make it better. I will drive further to find a location where I can interact with human beings I hope the labor rate savings makes up for the loss of business because I can't be the only one that feels this way.

Usually I have no problems with my order. THIS morning I get to work, on a Monday, to eat my sandwich and it was burnt! Hard and burnt! To whomever burned my sausage, egg and cheese croissant, count your days!!
