Two options 1)Drive through=cash only 2)card=Automated lobby. No human would appear unless I finished transaction with the kiosk. The kiosk took partial payment from my card and demanded another form of payment for the remaining balance. I only had cash as another payment but no human would appear and no option to cancel the transaction. I just have to accept that they got a few dollars from me and I only got to smell the food.

Thankful to have max at this location been coming here for 3 years and since he’s started always treated me super respectful and just has a sense of wanting to be there. Cindy is always moving never a dull moment she really brightens up the place. They are an amazing work duo and always share laughs with the customers while also moving efficiently and getting their orders out to them. My favorite location!!

Just went to this location this morning and they have removed the lobby and made it a drive through only. Half the experience ( especially for the kids) is to see the donut choices on display and make their choices and now that’s gone. Not happy. Bad management decision. I’ll go elsewhere now.

Not very helpful when it comes to customer service......I walked in and asked the lady for coffee and she directed to the kiosk with attitude and didn't want to assist me with ordering any of my food they could do a lot better.With customer service

Doesn’t accept cash at the front counter. Only at drive thru. If you don’t have a car for the drive thru and want to pay with cash they will not serve you.

The employees there were reluctant to help you out. I had 2 coffee's in my hands and to ask a guy pushing a broom to open the door for me eventhough he saw me struggling to open the door. Bad customer service

Always atleast a minium of a 10 minium drive thru wait. No matter what day or time it is. Workers are so slow, and sit outside smoking cigarettes while the line wraps around the parking lot.

I have to say, I come to this location nearly every morning and it is by far the best Dunkin in my area. The coffee is always consistently very good, my order is simple but somehow it’s hit or miss at other places. The staff is always on point and SO friendly. Just wanted to show a little appreciation to them for always doing such a great job.
