Every single person on here who have to review stating that this place either doesn’t exist, that it’s not a real Dunkin’ Donuts, or any of the stupid comments above about it not being real. It is a production facility for all of the local Dunkin’ Donuts in the area. You’re not going to get your donuts here go to a real store. They are located all over your Google maps and your iPhone if you have one or android. Stop bashing companies that actually do exist just because you’re Slow!!!

Stopped in for a breakfast drink and donut. Kind of dicey to get in and out of the parking lot. Coffee and doughnut were just what we would expect from a Dunkin.

The staff has horrible customer service! Very rude and unprofessional! Does not get orders right and then has attitude when you correct them. Manager is unprofessional as well. By far the worst Dunkin I have ever been to.

Stopped in for a quick iced coffee with a friend. Lots of young people work there. We used a coupon coffee was fresh the restaurant was reasonably clean and there were a lot of people hanging out there today

We have been customers for five or six years now about 3 to 5 times a week. For the most part, the service is usually sub-par....sometimes you have to call out to get someone to the counter to take our order. The computer screen at the register has been missing for MONTHS...no idea what they are charging for until they offer you a receipt. All the other stores that the owner has have been UPDATE, This one hasn’t and is in desperate need! At least now they no longer allow the homeless to sleep at the tables, which were never sterilized when they were made to leave.

Decided to go in rather than use the drive thru. Waited at least 5 mins for someone to notice myself and one other guest waiting. Then when we were waited on, the service was curt and lacked any type of customer service. May try again if there are different staff members working.

Cashier was friendly. Manager was extremely rude. Card wouldn’t swipe because it’s a chip, manager acted like it was so much work to type in the card number. Then proceeded to say it was declined and get a new card. Clearly it was typed in wrong, but she walked away and didn’t even bother retyping it. It’s not that hard to type in a card and be nice to people. Maybe learn to be respectful. I’ll never return to this location again.

I stopped in this Dunkin's 4 times in 10 days but can only rate it once. Each time I walked in and was greeted by a friendly face. Upbeat staff, orders perfect and quick. Very nice Dunkins
