Absolutely horrible service. I ordered 12 donuts and snackin bacon. The got my donuts and then waited…15 minutes for snackin bacon. Why? Horrible service and inept staff. I asked 4 employees where my snackin bacon was. Each one told me it was being made, it takes a while. So I waited and waited and finally asked loudly where my snackin bacon was. An assistant manager or manager lady said I’m sorry, walked to tue damn food area and pulled a tray of premade bacon and put in a bag and handed it to me. I said that’s all it took, I’ve been waiting. Mind you no other customers in the store. And she laughed and said sorry about the wait. Idiots. None of them shows any sense of understanding communication or what any single person was doing. This is why it’s rated low and will continue to rate low. Fire management and get someone in there who can communicate or know what takes time to make and you grab from a drawer.

I have never waited longer for an Uber order among my 2000 orders, for as long as I waited here. There are 7 people working, yet I was waiting for my Uber order FOR TEN MINUTES!!!! This is the most unprofessional establishment I’ve ever been to in my life. No one else is in the entire store and I am just standing here for 10 minutes! Completely unacceptable! If you cannot provide a service like every other restaurant in the area, then do not offer it. NOTHING takes 10 minutes to make at Dunkin Donuts!!!!

We ordered 4 wakeup wraps, and they only gave us three, asked for 4 donuts , and threw them in the bag like they were garbage, the workers who took our order, seemed annoyed or bothered when we asked for the missing wakeupwrap. Wasnt the most pleasant thing for breakfast.

There is no quality in the products that they provide specifically the drinks which are the most important part of Dunkin’ Donuts. The staff takes absolutely no pride in the work that they provide, and it shows in the quality of the product.

The cashier was rude and looked like she hates her job her customers. Like we were bothering her. The lights went out and what looked like the manager was happy for them to stay out. Will not be returning to this place

Ordered 2 donuts and a small coffee inside. Lady forgot the donuts and napkins. Place needs to pick up debris off the floor. Not a good experience.

Took a a while to get food. When I saw someone get theirs first (they came in after us) I went up to ask. They put it on the mobile orders rack. When I looked in bag, one sandwich was missing, so they had to make it. I got to eat mine which was just warm by now, while my husband had to wait. I was done eating by the time his was ready. Suggestion: the ladies with the long hair extentions should tie their hair back or have a net over it. I watched one person bring her hair forward.

Went in stood in line for 10 minutes while I watched employees talk about donut flavors with a lady who couldn’t make up her mind… I ended up walking out. Scratching this Duncan off any and all future stops.
Store was recently remodeled, and it looks great. People here seem very friendly.

The most horrible experience on dunkin place. We ordered a hot cup of midnight coffee and a hot cup of matcha latte with almond milk. The coffee was old, and when we told them the coffee was cold, they heat it up with a steamer and made the coffee fluffy and still not hot. We asked for a fresh one, was told it will take a while. Well… of course we insisted for a fresh one. Then the matcha latte arrived, lukewarm and tasted weird. Turned out there’s a coffee residue in the matcha, because the matcha machine is broken hence they made in the espresso/cappuccino maker. We asked for a refund but was told they are not allowed to do refund only manager can do that and the manager was not in that day. What a chores to get some coffee. Who knew getting a cup of decent hot drinks would be this hard.

Just left East Ocean Dunkin, amazing customer service! It started with good morning What can I get for you. Every person behind the counter came up to me with a smile. Two perfectly hot lattes and munchkins, order completed in record time. Great Dunkin!
