I used to enjoy coming to this Dunkin’ Donuts in Sewells Point, mainly because of Matthew, who was by far the kindest and most attentive waiter I’ve ever met. He was always friendly, professional, and made every visit pleasant.

I was very disappointed to learn that Matthew no longer works here and that he was let go, despite the fact that he did nothing wrong. Losing someone like him is a real shame.

Because of this experience, I don’t feel motivated to return. Customer service like Matthew’s is rare, and it made all the difference.

Unfortunately, the customer service at this location was poor. I put in a mobile order 5 minutes before arriving. When I walked in, there were 3 employees gathered together socializing with each other, 1 or 2 more employees were outside on break. There were no other customers inside or at the drive through. They had not even gotten my order off the order machine yet. I had to tell them about my mobile order so they could retrieve it. They kept laughing and joking around with each other, actually yelling across the restaurant, they basically ignored me and acted like it was an inconvenience to them that I was there.

Whoever they have working the drive thru needs a serious education on customer service. If you dont like your job, quit! If you're not capable of somone ordering more than one thing then maybe this isn't the job for you.

I was greeted upon entry with a smile. The staff worked well as a team and we kind.
The store was clean and organized.
There service was Fast.
Great ice coffee, ice lattes ,donuts and egg sandwiches.

Dunkin DONUTS is not as good as it used to be. The coffee is mediocre and the muffins are dry. Doughnuts are becoming a thing of the past. Too bad.

Absolutely horrible service. I ordered 12 donuts and snackin bacon. The got my donuts and then waited…15 minutes for snackin bacon. Why? Horrible service and inept staff. I asked 4 employees where my snackin bacon was. Each one told me it was being made, it takes a while. So I waited and waited and finally asked loudly where my snackin bacon was. An assistant manager or manager lady said I’m sorry, walked to tue damn food area and pulled a tray of premade bacon and put in a bag and handed it to me. I said that’s all it took, I’ve been waiting. Mind you no other customers in the store. And she laughed and said sorry about the wait. Idiots. None of them shows any sense of understanding communication or what any single person was doing. This is why it’s rated low and will continue to rate low. Fire management and get someone in there who can communicate or know what takes time to make and you grab from a drawer.

I have never waited longer for an Uber order among my 2000 orders, for as long as I waited here. There are 7 people working, yet I was waiting for my Uber order FOR TEN MINUTES!!!! This is the most unprofessional establishment I’ve ever been to in my life. No one else is in the entire store and I am just standing here for 10 minutes! Completely unacceptable! If you cannot provide a service like every other restaurant in the area, then do not offer it. NOTHING takes 10 minutes to make at Dunkin Donuts!!!!

We ordered 4 wakeup wraps, and they only gave us three, asked for 4 donuts , and threw them in the bag like they were garbage, the workers who took our order, seemed annoyed or bothered when we asked for the missing wakeupwrap. Wasnt the most pleasant thing for breakfast.

There is no quality in the products that they provide specifically the drinks which are the most important part of Dunkin’ Donuts. The staff takes absolutely no pride in the work that they provide, and it shows in the quality of the product.

The cashier was rude and looked like she hates her job her customers. Like we were bothering her. The lights went out and what looked like the manager was happy for them to stay out. Will not be returning to this place
