Took a a while to get food. When I saw someone get theirs first (they came in after us) I went up to ask. They put it on the mobile orders rack. When I looked in bag, one sandwich was missing, so they had to make it. I got to eat mine which was just warm by now, while my husband had to wait. I was done eating by the time his was ready. Suggestion: the ladies with the long hair extentions should tie their hair back or have a net over it. I watched one person bring her hair forward.

Went in stood in line for 10 minutes while I watched employees talk about donut flavors with a lady who couldn’t make up her mind… I ended up walking out. Scratching this Duncan off any and all future stops.

The most horrible experience on dunkin place. We ordered a hot cup of midnight coffee and a hot cup of matcha latte with almond milk. The coffee was old, and when we told them the coffee was cold, they heat it up with a steamer and made the coffee fluffy and still not hot. We asked for a fresh one, was told it will take a while. Well… of course we insisted for a fresh one. Then the matcha latte arrived, lukewarm and tasted weird. Turned out there’s a coffee residue in the matcha, because the matcha machine is broken hence they made in the espresso/cappuccino maker. We asked for a refund but was told they are not allowed to do refund only manager can do that and the manager was not in that day. What a chores to get some coffee. Who knew getting a cup of decent hot drinks would be this hard.

Just left East Ocean Dunkin, amazing customer service! It started with good morning What can I get for you. Every person behind the counter came up to me with a smile. Two perfectly hot lattes and munchkins, order completed in record time. Great Dunkin!
Worst place ever run!!!! I been ln the drive through since 7:40, its 8:20 l was still waiting due to a car that had a bunch of people in it , plus I guess they dropped their coffee or something, lf something like that happened and theres a bunch of cars waiting they needs to park on the side!!!! Cause theres a long line waiting plus people gotta go to work. So I ended up leaving without my foods. So stupid!!!!!!!

Hi. I looked you start off by saying that your morning coffee, is something that I for one, look forward to every morning. I like to stay my morning with it. I also like to stay my mornings right.... I go through this line at Dunkin for over 5 years, not once can they ever get it right, I ask for light and sweet. Common sense would tell you, that it means lots of cream and sugar. They seem to think they time out means two cream two sugar. So I day 10 and 10 hoping it will be Sweet, this time out was cold. So I walked in with a good attitude allowed them to microwave it for to what I think may be all the cream. So good, until some blonde who is doing the cook line goes it's cold from all the cream with the up most disrespectful attitude, which in turn totally ruined my day, morning, everything. Thank you Dunkin. If you have a job in the customer service industry then maybe you should learn customer service. And not like you hated your job

Completely disgusting and unsanitary! While in drive thru waiting for food multiple employees came out to feed the dogs munchkins and bacon in the car in front of us. When I asked if they washed their hands before giving us our food they just laughed and handed us the bags.
Caveats: I come from West Coast\europe coffee and donut culture (yes, there's a WC donut thing). I just don't get DD. If you love it, more power to you, and (focusing on the positive) the coffee is better than Folgers, and the donuts ... enough said (sigh, I know I'm going to be sorry I wrote this).
