EMPLOYEES DONT WANT TO WORK THEY ALWAYS CLOSE EARLY. I went out of my way to come here after work and make it on time just for them to tell me they’re closed at 7:30. Supposed to be 8

This location closes early enough as it is without the employees trying to close shop 10-20 minutes early every night because they’ve “already dumped everything out”… lazy

There young guy that took my order was all polite and professional. Then the young girl that brought the drinks out was super nice as well. So refreshing. I feel service as a whole is so bad you get impressed when you receive great service. And from a place that doesn't even ask for a tip or build one in like most places. Even the bowling alley now prompts for a tip, starting at 20 percent for helping you at a counter. Great job staffing at this store for sure. I did 4 stars on the food bc the Boston cream donuts were a little crusty and had coming in it the size of a quarter. The new lava lattes were great though

My last few interactions in Oct/Nov of 23 were rough. The head manager at the time didn’t care about anything so my work place and I started going to a different, but much less convenient Dunkin. I heard from a friend that this store had some positive staff changes so around Dec 23’ our work crew slowly started coming back to this location. The lazy angry manager was gone and this competent young woman took her place. The store has really changed its clean, they get orders out a lot quicker, and the coffee drinks are so much better now. The head manager Alyssa is always helpful, has the store running smooth, and even in a rush is able to keep it moving while being pleasant to her staff and customers alike. Nico and Bella are the two crew members that help me the most in the drive thru and both remember my order, are super cheery, and really are great at customer service.
The only thing this store needs is an update & a lot more indoor seating which I know is the job of the district manager or owners.

I’ve had an interesting experience at this Dunkin after coming here for 4 weeks. specifically with the manager, Elise, and an employee named Bella. This location does not seem to run efficiently. Everything was fine and I would come and grab my order from the window "Without" them asking my name because they knew who I was already until yesterday when Bella told me I had to stop at the ordering kiosk before approaching the window to pick up my mobile order. This unnecessary step adds time to your visit and completely defeats the purpose of mobile ordering, which is supposed to make things more convenient for the customer—not the staff! FYI, she handed me my order without asking my name after telling me this.
When I returned today, I voiced my concern about this policy to an employee. I was directed to Elise, the manager, who made it clear that this was her choice and policy. She came across as unprofessional and lacked basic customer service skills more like "Ghetto" Her justification for the policy made no sense, especially because, in all my previous visits, nobody even asked for my name—they just handed me the order because they knew who I was! Her justification was just because it's her rule.
It’s frustrating because I’ve never encountered this issue at any other Dunkin’. Elise’s approach feels more like a power trip than a genuine effort to improve efficiency. This location needs serious improvements in management and customer service. Instead of making policies that take away from the customers' comfortability, train your staff to be more efficient.
Elise told me to go to another dunkin' if I don't like it which I was planning on doing anyway, like there aren't millions of dunkins that run very efficiently and have amazing staff, maybe even Starbucks.
Had to attach worldwide dunkin policies with mobile order that even AI knows better than people that work at them.

i came here this morning and got a bagel and a frozen hot chocolate. whoever made my frozen hot chocolate did a really good job and went the extra mile to really make it look fabulous. good job

Have never been inside yet since it has been rebuilt, so i did not rate the atmosphere . This location on Royal Palm Beach Blvd is the best out here comparing to Okeechobee blvd location and IBIS. the coffee and food, donuts everything is better at this location!

This is by far, one of the best Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been to! We came in with a family of 9 people. Everyone was friendly and worked hard to get our orders done fast but correct. We entered at around 9:15am. THEY HAD STRAWBERRY FROSTED DONUTS WITH SPRINKLES!!! And were fully stocked with a great selection. Bathroom. Was decent. Thank you all for such wonderful service. Our food, donuts and drinks were amazing!!!
