If I could give this location 0 stars I would. It was a terrible experience with horrible customer service. Will not be returning.

HORRIBLE service! Would give 0 stars. 4 young workers who could care less about being efficient. Were all over the place , laughing, moving slow to make my 2 simple drinks. Drinks were odered at 310pm and werent completed until 325pm. No line in store. Only 1 car in drive thru. The drinks were terrible. I am a long time DD customer but this experience was the worst ive seen. Id avoid this store if you can.

I Frequent this dunkin cause its the only one close to I95 and thsys the only reason! Theyre truly horrible they're constantly understaffed, the orders are usually wrong amd made out of panic and rush. The Donuts are usually still cold, bagels are dry and stale! Today i waited almost 9min for a single refresher(that was made wrong)inside the restaurant sadly. If you can find another cause this one isn't it. Also when they know the service is poor they dont give you a receipt.

Avocado toast was extremely salty. My hot coffee was missing whipped cream and was only 3/4 full. Drive thru was infuriating slow. The car in front of me received the wrong order as well.

Went on Thanksgiving day. Thanks for being open. Staff and doughnuts were fresh. Lol. Great selection of doughnuts. Very pleasant associates. Very clean and decirated for christmas. Im thankful for duncan.

The order is wrong every time and they don't make any effort to get it right. We ordered a small latte with two shots espresso with skim and a small hot coffee. We were only given a medium latte with almond milk and two sweet n low. Not even close to the original order. It hasn't always been like this, so I am not sure what happened.

I appreciated the distance from the interstate this Dunkin’ has. It was nice to be able to get out and stretch without hearing all the cars.
This Dunkin’ had great and fast service. My partner and I only ordered two coffees, so I can’t speak for any of the food. Our coffees were made right. Very happy about that. The employee who took our order was also very friendly. Being on the road all day and having friendly service gave us a little boost to continue our road trip.
We’ll definitely be back on our way up the coast. Highly recommend this location.

Great little location! Staff is really friendly! Location is very clean and well kept! Greeted as soon as I walked in which is always nice! Coffee was hot and fresh! Will definitely be back in my travels!

Went there to grab a coffee, and I was beyond disappointed at the service. The lady in front of me was waiting in line for 10 minutes and they didn’t even act like she was there or I was there waiting to order. I’m sure if the staff tried a little bit harder here and knew what they were doing it could have been different.
