Ellie's Downtown Deli & Catering

So I started back at a business that recently picked up lunch for its employees from Eli's. This is the first time I’ve ever tried anything from here and I got “The Monster.” It was ordered for me, I had no say in it, but suffice to say, this may be the best sandwich I have ever had.

Not only was it stacked, I mean… I ate it for dinner and a midnight snack.
I literally got to this order about 11 hours after the payment was placed and the bacon was crunchy, the lettuce was crisp, the meat tasted fresh.
I love Jimmy John’s. That’s a normal order spot for me.
30 minutes after pickup that sandwich is gone in quality if you don’t eat it. Spend the same or even less a never cutting on quality, Ellie’s is worth everything you pay for.

What a Hidden Gem we found while in Stuart. We were looking for something different for lunch and we found this absolutely Perfect lunch spot. Just blocks away from downtown Stuart. The freshest soups made daily, something new everyday. The freshest sandwiches you will find, mix and create your own combos. The interior is just as perfect as the outside. I would Highly recommend stopping in for a lunch you won't regret.

They catered my daughters wedding at Kaikai farms. The food was absolutely delicious! Wonderful selection of appetizers and main courses. And they work with you to accommodate dietary issues/allergies. Highly recommend!

I love beet root salad & this beet is treated perfectly. I am impressed that it is beet forward , deep blood red delish. Love it!! Please do not change the recipe...

This is a GEM 💎 we can't speak well enough staff and food is excellent.

I stopped by Ellie’s Deli because it seemed like a real NY style Deli. I got a create-your-own sandwich with a side of pasta salad—it was delicious! Everything was fresh, and the sandwich was made just the way I like it. The pasta salad was a great side, even a lil spicy which was different. The staff was friendly. I’ll definitely be coming back!

While the food was good, the honesty of this place leaves a lot to be desired. We reviewed our receipt later when we got home, and found they added an 18% group tip for a take out order. We missed it, and unfortunately left a 10% tip as well. When we called today to complain and asked for a manager to discuss this, Kiley, who took our call, wanted to know what the call was about, and kept telling us the manager was not available. We have called twice and have been blown off by this woman, after leaving my phone number.

The food and service are always great here, but unfortunately, today, Saturday, we sat outside and there was a DJ playing music in the very tiny outdoor sitting area and it was frankly too loud to hardly hear ourselves. And this was after the waitress asked him to turn it down.

Very tasty food and superb combinations even regarding sides. The outdoor area is a big appeal under the patio, umbrellas, or tree. The spicy tuna wrap was large in size and taste. The beets side is something I need to try to make on my own one day- great flavor blend. I can't wait for what other things I'll love off of their menu.

We have used Ellie’s Downtown Catering on three occasions and are somewhat frequent patrons of their downtown location. Our experiences with them have been consistently outstanding. For our first event, we ordered several quiches for our annual Easter egg hunt, which were well loved by all attendees - including the kids. Subsequently, my mother utilized their services for my 30th birthday party, and they provided an extensive array of food that was highly praised by our guests. Most notably, we enlisted their catering for our wedding at Kai-Kai Farms, where the food received exceptional compliments. Mark and his team demonstrated thoroughness and efficiency in ensuring our needs were met. Both my spouse and I were thoroughly impressed with the hors d’oeuvre selection and dinner service (numerous guests remarked that the Caesar salad was the best they had ever tasted). Ellie’s team presents a wide variety of options, each of which we have enjoyed immensely. We are extremely satisfied with our interactions and the quality of service provided by Ellie’s Downtown Catering.
