Went here for the first and definitely the last time today. Went inside and ordered and they tried to overcharge me by almost $3.00. When I brought it up he tried to convince me that the price was right. So I told him never mind I don’t want it then I will stop at the one near me that I usually go to that doesn’t overcharge me. Hearing this he adjusted the price to make it right. Got the food rather quickly as I was the only one there. The food wasn’t bad but it sure wasn’t like the one near me. Something was just different. I have been told by a firehouse employee at the one near me that if they do not clean the steamer really well including the holes this affects the taste of the sandwich. I don’t know if that’s true or not but why would an employee that has waited on me 3 times a week for the past year and knows me by name lie to me? I had asked before ordering the tea if it was really sweet as I make true southern tea. The one near me is sweet but I have found they all taste different. He assured me that it was VERY sweet and that they made it the same as the one near me. Wrong! It tasted nothing like the one near me. So with all that said I will not be returning. If you want subpar food, unsweet sweet tea and like to be overcharged this is the place for you! If not then stay away!!! I had high hopes but was sorely disappointed.

Since new ownership.... this place was exceptional! From being greeted when you arrive to the friendly staff and service. The Italian sub was beyond enjoyable. They don't just wrap your sub they put it in a box to go so it didn't get smashed. Highly recommend.

We offer online rapid rescue order through Firehouse Subs app. Call in ordering over the phone. Third party online through DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grub Hub as well as catering through our app, call in or EZ-Cater. We have gluten free rolls. The hot sauce bar is also back! Our team is dedicated and ready to serve you. Come in and say hello.

Wow! What a turnaround at this location. New owners are bringing back why we have loved Firehouse Subs for so many years. I had a perfect Smokehouse Beef and Cheddar Brisket sandwich today and couldn't be happier. Service was friendly, quick and efficient. Place was clean. Just a great experience. I hope this becomes the norm here. Glad to have a nearby Firehouse again.

I was excited to try the Firehouse Subs in town after moving here and was pleasantly surprised! The new ownership and staff have brought a breath of fresh air to the restaurant. The sandwiches were made with care, and the service was top-notch. I'll definitely be back!
