I hate to say anything negative but I want to be honest. The service was lovely. The whole staff seemed kind and helpful and warm. Unfortunately, the food wasn't very good. The patty melt was alright but was overcooked and really wasn't special or particularly tasty. The kids pasta was not good due to the flavor of the sauce. And the crabcakes were not made of crab and that's where it kind of goes off the rails. I have never been served an artifical crabcake in my life. It crumbled apart like sand, it had huge pieces of celery in it, and it had a few slivers of imitation crab meat in it. Although everyone was very nice, I don't think we could return based on the culinary experience.

This diner has a great menu selection, cheerful staff, and a pleasant atmosphere. It reminds me of a similar place I used to frequent when I lived in Georgia. I'm thrilled to have found this local gem and I look forward to visiting often!
