Best diner in Stuart and I think we’ve been to them all. I like everything I have ever ordered but it’s the Home Fries that keep me coming back. There’s just something about a high quality breakfast potato that makes my plate and Flamingo does them right.
We always drive by Flamingo Diner and keep saying we need to try it....well we finally did and WOW!!! We regret waiting so long. The food and staff are absolutely amazing! We have been back several times now & tried several different menu items and they have all been wonderful! The staff are so nice and friendly especially Megan and Didi!

This diner gets a big thumbs up from us — it’s AWESOME!
Our waitress, Wendy, went above and beyond with her service. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and every employee we interacted with was friendly and welcoming.
We’ll definitely be spreading the word to our family and friends, and we can’t wait to come back!
