First visit yesterday. Food was delicious and so fresh. We had summer rolls for an appetizer, amazing peanut sauce. Husband had sprout salad with the best tofu he has ever had. I loved my cauliflower buffalo Cesar wrap. Portions were large, I brought half my wrap home. Got sweet potato fries on the side. Wow! This will be our new lunch spot in Stuart. Friendly, prompt service too. Do not miss this healthy gem!

Wow! This place is absolutely amazing. The staff are professional, kind, & show care for their guests. The food is top tier, put together beautifully and above all, tastes delicious. The entire menu is *100% Vegan* and tastes exactly as it should - especially the cheesecake! I’m coming back for sure & recommending to all my friends!

I went today with my husband, unfortunately we didn’t know that you guys were open till 4pm, but the lady was so kind to accept our order to go, we are so thankful! I hope you guys will open again till late ☺️

Amazing find. Not sure why the treasure coast has so many restaurants that don't even have more than a cheese pizza for vegetarians. This place is our new #1 for our annual Hutchison island vacay. (2 adults, 2 tween girls)

Our waiter was great, and the food was amazing, especially the cheesecake and tofu Bahn Mi sandwich! This was my 1st time here though (I didn’t see the please wait to be seated sign) or anyone at the front desk so that was my bad, I was waiting until I saw someone to ask, while the people I came with sat down for literally a second, before a woman with glasses and red hair told us in an aggressive way that we had to check in. I’m a server so I get it, but a simple hello first at least, would’ve been nice. I missed the sign, but there’s a way to say things without making people feel unwelcome.

The Bang Bang Broccoli is so good!!! It is literally the best I’ve ever had. Even my sister who hates broccoli loved them. If you come here you have to try it. Also LOVE all the gluten free options available, as many vegan places I’ve been to don’t usually have a lot. Everyone is always so nice too. Always a good vibe :)

I have been coming here since moving to FL about 9 years ago, and they never disappoint. The food is always delicious and artfully presented. The atmosphere is wonderful and calming and I have never once had service that wasn’t very friendly and attentive. If the owner is reading this: Thank you for existing and for providing food that is delicious, healthy, and — most importantly — humane. You are an oasis in this county. Keep up the great job! My father was in the hospital nearby and this was not only convenient but it was also outstanding. I visited at least once a day and all items were fantastic. I highly recommend Fruits and Roots.
The place was beautiful, the staff were so kind and the food was..... oh my goodness!!! I got the French dip with a side of the wedge potatoes. It was so delicious !! Definitely going back soon !

Stopped in for lunch today. My fiancé and I just started our vegan journey and the server was VERY helpful with all our silly questions!! We tried a lot of different things. My favorite was the broccoli and bang bang sauce. HIGHLY recommend this place. Great place, very clean, good music. GREAT experience. We will definitely take the drive from Vero Beach to go again. Everything is also reasonably priced !
We were just passing through the area and luckily found Fruits and Roots when we were looking for a place for lunch. I had the Asian noodle bowl and loved it - it hit the spot with fresh veggies, rice noodles and a delicious miso dressing. My husband really enjoyed the pesto grilled cheese. Overall, VERY happy with our meal and would highly recommend!
