Fujiyama is a fun and neat restaurant, reminiscent of Benihana. The staff is energetic and kind, providing old-fashioned customer service. Vincent, a server, is particularly outstanding. The food is excellent with great portions, especially the vegan/vegetarian sushi options. The lunch specials are reasonably priced, and the sushi happy hour is a fantastic deal. The atmosphere is great, with entertaining cooks. Quick service, even on busy days. Don't miss the Thai tea and the all veggie roll!
