I would give zero if I could . I literally was flabbergasted with the lack of quality, care , and execution. How is this place in business ? Rice was mush ! Beef strange , chicken sketchy, broccoli mush! Dumplings mush! Filling was inedible. I am a chef so I know how bad this was

Food is great. But the service is like ordering from the SOUP N**** on Seinfeld. Be nice, don't ask stupid questions, order quick or else...NO FU FO YOU! Best Chinese food in town. Love this place.

Used to go to Great Wall all the time food was good customer service was awesome until recently we have been ordering there for over 20 years I ordered two dinners and wanted to substitute one of the soups for a different kind they absolutely refused saying that was not possible unbelievable as they have done this 100 times or more in the past they actually gave me someone else on the phone and they said the same thing we cannot do that I said I will gladly pay the difference if there is any difference well then just cancel the dinners and we'll go somewhere else they said fine that's what you want to do do it needless to say I have not ordered from them for over 6 months and probably won't ever again for some reason their food is not the same as it used to be anyhow have been disappointed several times
