This was our first visit to Colab Kitchen and we will definitely be back. We started with the Farm melon salad and Tuna Poke tacos appetizers....Very good! We had the American Wagyu Beef Loin and the best Halibut entre I've eaten since our Alaska trip a couple years ago. Everything was very fresh and flavorful. Our server and the rest of staff were attentive and prompt with service. Colab definitely gets 5 stars from this diner!
I had been to Co-Lab kitchen almost 2 years ago and to be honest I was not impressed. Portions were small and cost was high, I was struggling finding something for my grandson to eat on the menu. I was so surprised when we took our daughter for her birthday. ! Portions were huge, menu for brunch/lunch included many more shareable items and service was wonderful. Though we over ordered based on our first experience everyone was thrilled with their meal and we brought home leftovers...
We love this restaurant. Great vibes, amazing drinks and the food is another level. The service is always fantastic here and we love coming as much as we can. Brunch is a great addition to an already fabulous restaurant.
