Hudson’s on the River is a Treasure Coast gem! We started our visit with some cold drinks at their cozy Hideaway Tiki Bar, which feels like a secret island escape. Live music from the Bryce Allyn Band duo set the perfect laid-back vibe.
After soaking in the waterfront atmosphere, we headed inside for dinner. The crab rangoon dip was rich and flavorful—definitely a must-try starter! I ordered the blackened mahi mahi, and it was cooked to perfection with just the right amount of spice.
The views, the vibe, the food, and the music all came together for an unforgettable evening. Whether you’re a local or just visiting, this spot should be on your list!

Not quite sure why everyone is reading about the clam chowder. There is no way this is made on premise. It was overly sweet, the clams were chewy and it was not very tasty. The avocado toast had a ton of arugula on top and barely any avocado, And the one sliced egg that came with it was not fresh.
I think the burger my husband had was frozen, it was not thick or juicy, and tasted like a frozen burger. French fries had no taste of old fryer oil, which was great, but they were not crispy. The restaurant is very clean and the views are really nice. It’s a shame that their food cannot be of the same level.

“The customer is always wrong.” This should be their slogan….automatically adding an 18% gratuity is saying just that. I signed the bill adding in my charitable 20% gratuity, only to realize that they already added the tip (and there is no mention of this deception). It doesn’t matter what you think of the mediocre service, high prices, or average food, “shut up and pay”. The staff was nice enough, but not that well trained to warranty the elitist, entitled prices, and hard gratuity. Shop elsewhere.
Had a great lunch today. Our server Hayley was amazing and very attentive and just a joy! Loved the food especially the crab Rangoon dip and Cuban sandwich ❤️
We had a wonderful office lunch on the 17th for two employee birthdays. Hailey was our server and did a fantastic job. She was attentive, funny and accommodating . She checked back on us many time and refilled our beverages. The gentleman that seated us was just as nice as could be also. The atmosphere is wonderful. Bright and a beautiful view of the river. Not our first time coming here and it won't be our last. Thanks Hailey for making it a great experience and fun Birthday for two of our friends.
Our first dinning experience at the Hudson on the River was a negative one. Mainly because of Our server, Brandon, who was one of the worst waiters we have ever met. And as a result we did not enjoy our meal. Three reasons why.... 1. He took about 15 minutes to greet us, because he was ‘busy' 2. He got our order wrong, so 2 of us were waiting for our meal 3. My dinner finally got delivered after everyone had finished their meals. 4. And lastly, when I said, he didn't deserve a tip. The manager stated that it was company policy all tips are 18% and must be paid. The manager gave us a gift certificate but her demeanor was not genuine. We will never return to The Hudson on the River WORD OF ADVICE.. if you decide to eat there and he is your server, kindly request someone else.
An amazing evening. Booked a table for a birthday celebration with my girlfriend, as her parents were visiting from outside the country. Managers Brody & Sarah went above and beyond to fulfill some special requests. Bartenders made great drinks including special requests. The food was amazing, and even though the restaurant was busy, although not packed, the kitchen speed and timing was perfect for the occasion. Not slow, but not too fast, which would have made it feel rushed. And there are no words to describe the utter professionalism and amazing personality of our server Brandon. The entire company has a star un the making with this young man. My only constructive criticism to the restaurant would be that Brody & Sarah need to fast track this lad into management training, as he was 10 stars out of 5. Even with some small hiccups, everything was above expectations. From the valet to bringing out the birthday cake. In decades of 4 & 5 star dining, Hudsons has set themselves on a higher rung, than even 5+ star restaurants in South Florida, New York, and Boston. The management & staff made the whole evening so perfect for my girlfriends special day; that I almost had to consider proposing to her just to feel like I wasn't going to be the limiting factor of her evening, LOL. Thank you Brody, Sarah, Brandon, and the entire staff. Job well done!!!

Our visit to Hudson's was delicious, relaxing and enjoyable! Joey is an excellent server. We always hope to have him be our server&
Great experience at Hudson's - food was excellent, ambiance was nice, restaurant was clean with friendly staff
We went for Fourth of July fireworks. Our table was outside on the water. In fairness, the place was mobbed so perhaps that had something to do with our disappointment. There was a great band and the atmosphere was fun and festive. The music was so loud however that we couldn't hear each other and therefore couldn't talk. The service was ok albeit a little slow, which we felt could be expected considering the occasion. We have eaten many times at Harlow's (the little tiki bar right next door). The food there has always been excellent, as is the service and atmosphere. We hoped the same for Hudson's which even has the same menu. The food was very disappointing. We got the seafood tower to share. The lobster tail was very obviously previously frozen then just thawed, it was full of salty water and had a mushy texture, we couldn't even bring ourselves to taste it. The oysters were no bigger than your toenail! Literally! The shrimp, also from frozen looked ok and the lump crab actually tasted pretty good but we didn't eat any of it and sent it back. We were so hungry that we decided to try again and ordered a burger and French dip. Twenty minutes later we discovered that the waiter had neglected to put our order in so we gave up and left hungry.
Huge shout out to Chef John! Our party of 4 met him! He was great, made suggestions, had a great personality!!! Our food was amazing!!!! Had a great time at Hudson’s! We also spoke with another party of 2 and they also raved about their food! We all agreed we would def return to Hudsons!
Sydney is an amazing bartender and was attentive the whole night. 10/10 recommend
