I went in to order lunch to go on my break. So I ordered and the waiter brought back the bill. So I fill out the receipt and gave my card. She comes back moments later and asked if I was working and I replied yes. I asked if she was working hard she said yes but i'm obviously not because I didn't tip her. And she said this in front of other customers. I wanted to tell her off but I took my food and left. I called twice and asked for a manager but guess who answered the phone and hung up both times. I didn't know there was a requirement to tip for take out. That was very unprofessional and I will not be going back ever again.

Walked in sat down after the bus man cleaned the table and a waitress walked over to tell him something so she was aware we were taking the table. Now I understand they were busy and I get that but after waiting 10 minutes for a menu and another table comes in and instantly got there menus and we were still sitting with nothing! Poor service and I will not go back it’s not the first time service sucked. Needless to say we walked out!

I love wings but they have to be made a certain way. Some places call them buffalo wings and they are not even close. I was pleasantly surprised that their wings were very good. Ordered Extra Hot and they came wet, meaning with plenty of sauce. They were not dry. They could have been a bit more crispy but they were better than most places. Kind of cheap with the celery sticks. Only 3 tiny pieces and no carrots. FYI I still think Wingstops has one of the best wings. Again, if they are going to use sports as their business model, they need to turn off the music and put live sports on the sound system or at the minimum something sports related. Enough with the music!

They messed up our order, and then when they fixed it, they brought us cold wings. The service was meh and took forever. I threw up in the bathroom, but that was for a different reason.... still didn't add to the experience. Honestly, the ketchup on the fries was the best part of my meal. P.S. the palm city hurricane slaps and is definitely worth the drive if you live in stuart.

Literally some of the worst service we’ve ever had in a restaurant. Waitress brought water and then ignored us for the next 20 minutes. She was very rude, disrespectful and dismissive of us to the point we just finally got up and left.

The food was good the service good. Is from and old review years ago. I think I had rated the restaurant ☆☆☆ because everything was just ok....This review is 03-30-2024.....Since the expansion I have been here about 15 times ovet the years. The parking is still a hassle. The spaces are tight and the parking traffic heavy. However, the food and service is well worth it. On our visit the service, taste, and food presentation were as expected. Our server "B" yesterday was beyond excellent. We weren't rushed in any way, at any time for our 1.5 hour lunch. "B" checked on us often to be sure if we needed anything or refills. She is truly an asset to the Stuart Hurricane wings restaurant. We also ordered items to go. They came out quickly and wrapped nicely to go. ☆☆☆☆☆This review from 4-27-2024..... the indoor dining service was excellent. The food was over cooked just a bit, but still good. A large party came in after us. It didn't affect our service. They were friendly to a K9 / Service Dog in training.

I walked into their restaurant and was asked more than once if i needed assistance. Their team works well together. The people here were friendly and it's a cozy atmosphere.. I had the honey barbecue wings, and they were very tasty. I brought them home with a plan of saving some for the next day but ate through the whole box.

They literally ignored us and when they finally got our drinks after 30 minutes, they ignored us again! They were very rude and it wasn’t a pleasant experience. They did this twice once on my birthday too! The food is good but the service was terrible!
