We have had Ideal Nutrition delivery for almost a month now. Out of all of the meals there was only one that we didn’t care for. That meal was fresh and great, just not our taste.
The delivery has been on time each time!
The meals are delicious and nutritious and so easy! Two minutes in the microwave and supper is on the table!
We are feeling much healthier now that we are eating nutritious food as opposed to the food we were ordering on Door Dash.

Update:The issue was taken care of quickly and professionally at a higher level. Lots of learning will happen as with any new business. I look forward to a lot more great meals in the future.Food is good. Their customer service game needs to step up. Bought a meal and saw it didn’t have everything in there that was supposed to be when I opened it to use their microwave. I asked to just swap out for another and it was just very blunt “no.” Not cool, people. Mistakes are going to happen with the meals, but not being able to return or swap when it does happen is not ok.

A great experience and they carry all the go to items for keto-friendly sometimes when you want that snack, I appreciate you guys existing and am discovering their meal prep items, very organized, minimal, and fine tuned with great options and portions. Will be looking forward to it, the wilde chips are always my go to whenever you miss the crunch they are a genius idea.
