I went in for a lunch with my grandson, and was very disappointed. The food was cold and dry and it looked like my bacon was half eaten. When I went in it wasn’t to busy and i unfortunately saw some lady who was very red smoking something while cooking the food, I didn’t see her do that until I almost finished the food. It smelled kinda like a skunk and not any cigarette I’ve had. Very unprofessional but the waiters were very kind.

Locked door an hour before closing time and would not even address me at the door to let me know if they needed to adjust hours or something. Both doors were locked and I waited. Was not visibly low staff. Two tables were seated and eating that I could see, each with their own personal waiter/waitress. I was ordering to go also as I was aware of the closing time.
If this is some sort of policy or an independent franchise it should be posted at the door. (And on google)

Very unprofessional. They are lucky is the only one in the area. Staff is so unprofessional, forget a lot, look like they are going crazy for no damn reason. The cooks are in point. Have a great system but the servers, waitresses need to go. They do not apologize and give you every excuse. It's ridiculous.

I've been going to this ihop once a month for the past 7 years and have always ordered the same meal with no problems. Today I went and did the same order and the OLD "LADY" WITH THE UGLY HAIR BUN HAD A NASTY ATTITUDE gave me a hard time about my order.

Waited 45 mins for an online order to be given just biscuits when we ordered biscuits and gravy. They put just biscuits in the bag and never said anything about the gravy being out. When my fiance checked she went back in and they said there's nothing they can do because it's an online order.

America needs new places! People at old places became arrogant, nasty and rude to public (this applies to all, I.e. McDonald, Burger King, etc)
Food was BAD all the orders I made were not cooked all the way. My steak was rare, egg wasn’t cooked all the way it was soggy, hash browns weren’t cooked and other half was burnt! What happened to the other cooker? I sent the steak back for a well done , honestly I was afraid to send my plate back. Just because I would never know if they will spit in my food. I see to much movie 😂 , or maybe it was one of those night i had bad luck with my order. Both my husband and I weren’t happy. Server was great and so nice.

I just love this place and the kind of people that cooked us and serve. They have a very nice attitude serving , We are so happy to visit this place always and we do it often.
OK, so we all know about Ihop! We go there for the pancakes that’s it. It’s just very sad that the service is OK probably due to the lack of people that go there and the restaurant itself is tired. Needs a refresh.
