Ordered $70 worth of food for delivery, my first time ordering from this location, last night. Regular bread was used instead of a bun on the cheeseburger. I called to complain and was told they were out of buns. I paid $15 for a cheeseburger with a bun but didn't get what I paid for. The manager wasnt working. I left my number for the manager to call me back today. The manager never called! In addition the mozzarella sticks were inedible. Overall everything was bad. Lesson learned. Never again! Better off eating food at home and letting these chain restaurants go out of business.

We order delivery, for family of 12, driver couldn’t find the location so we actually have to go out on the road to find him, the food was soggy , the container are cheap plastic , all the hot food got soggy, waffles were no edible anymore with vapor all inside water, pancakes were cold and very sift watery typeOther stuff like has brown was similarMy suggestion please don’t use plastic containers to deliver foodUse environment friendly containers that keep the food warm and dry incase

My husband and I came here because we have enjoyed our experience here before but we had to leave because no one wanted to serve a family of 7. One of the staff members openly refused right in front of my husband who was checking to see how long the wait would be. It isn't even that busy here. Now we have wasted gas and time and have to find another place to eat.

My son's who worked all night went in for breakfast early. No one there and one son peaked his head in and said are you open. Answer was curt "you wouldn't get in if we werent". What would be wrong with saying "yes welcome to IHop". Then the eggs Benedict were frozen inside. How about "Iam sorry let me fix that for you" instead of a scowl. I'm sure the lady wasn't happy to be there but come on. No reason to be rude.

I have frequent an IHOP once a week at this location. Normally, ordering to go food. The food has gotten extremely bad, unEdible.It’s so Unfortunate Such a popular chain has gone downhill so much in this small town of Stuart. Staff is extremely rude, never seeming to want to be there, Doing too many things at once. I wouldn’t even give one star right now, but I had to give something to read this review. I give them -5

The last two times I went there, although the restaurant was nearly empty, I incurred long wait times, possibly for lack of help, a hostess included. The menu provides good value but this location is sorely lacking in help to help it thrive!

Very little sense of urgency from staff. Food was good enough to eat but nothing more. Special Wonka Drink cost $5 and literally tasted soapy. Yikes. My 8 year old couldn’t even drink it. Restrooms also in bad condition. A plus is the waitress was very nice.

This place is very small, but mighty. It was pricey, but what isn't these days. My food was probably some of the best I had at IHOP. The place was clean, and it was crowded, but the service was very good. I'll definitely be back.
