Ordered two cold subs and one hot sub, waited 15 minutes with no hot sub while the cold ones sat on the counter. When asked what happened to our hot sub we were told they messed up the order. Finally after 20 minutes we had the hot sub. This was a to go order so by the time we got home our cold subs were mushy. This isn’t the first time at this location, this store doesn’t seem to be as efficient as other locations. Hot sub was delicious the cold ones not so much.

Where to begin. Came in with family for lunch to go. They forgot to add my bacon to my club( accidents happen) I called said I ate about a quarter before realizing it was wrong can I come get what I ordered. They said yes and proceed to make my food and make faces at me. I stayed inside and sat behind the little wall to eat. They proceeded to to start and bad mouth me like I was wrong and trying to get something for nothing. That’s how you treat people when you make a mistake! Left food on table and walked out.

This was my 1st time ordering from work and it is going to be my last one. Never again, Jimmy Jones is much better than this place, I had bread and no chicken, this cost me $15! For what? For bread with some mayo and some mushroom and peppers? Where is my chicken shown under #55? False advertising, and horrible food for $15!!!!! Jimmy Jones, offers generous amount of ingredients, no future orders from this place!

The staff needs to have better training. Two different cashiers were asking me different questions at the same time as another employee was asking me what toppings I’d like all while the other employee wants me to pay. Holy shit. One thing at a time!
Definitely do not recommend the Philly Steak sub sooo disappointing . The kids working in there definitely don't like their jobs very moody and miserable definitely will scratch this off my lunch spots...

Ordered curb side no one ever came out when I eventually went inside no one made eye contact with me for a solid five minutes when someone did finally acknowledge me and I let them know I had a curbside order they handed me a my order that’s been ready and gave me the wrong sides
