The staff needs to have better training. Two different cashiers were asking me different questions at the same time as another employee was asking me what toppings I’d like all while the other employee wants me to pay. Holy shit. One thing at a time!

Definitely do not recommend the Philly Steak sub sooo disappointing . The kids working in there definitely don't like their jobs very moody and miserable definitely will scratch this off my lunch spots...

Ordered curb side no one ever came out when I eventually went inside no one made eye contact with me for a solid five minutes when someone did finally acknowledge me and I let them know I had a curbside order they handed me a my order that’s been ready and gave me the wrong sides

Good sandwiches but the assembly line way they make them is so bad. 1person slicing 1 person putting on the extras 1 person wrapping is not efficient. I'm sure Jersey Mike's feels different but I did that in a NYC deli for years so I know how to bang out a line of people real fast. Staff usually friendly, but slow.

BEWARE of the young rude staff @ stuart jersey mikes. If you door dash from there because you don't want to go in & deal with the rude staff they won't send you everything you got charged for but when you call and ask to speak to manager because they say they cant help you they hang up on you!! They SCAM their customers out of what they got charged for. when I waited & called back to speak to manager "Carissa" she lied & refused to refund me for what I didn't get & refused to resend missing items then said they were too busy to pack my entire order and people make mistakes so I should just deal with it & she hung up on me. I've reported this to door dash & corporate now. SHAME on jersey Mikes in stuart FL. You either need a whole new staff or just shut down because it's not worth patronizing this establishment anymore!!

After redoing this store so take out orders don't interfere with walk ins the employees never use the takeout station. So even tho I was the only one there I waited 15 minutes and when I left...line out the door.

My sub was delivered soaked in vinegar . I could not eat it do to the the bread being so soaked it began falling a part . I only got 2 of the toppings I requested . The lettuce was soggy and seemed old . I'm very disappointed in the way my order was made and given to me .
