If I could give a zero star I would. I ordered delivery online and when I got my order the bag and my food reeked of cigarettes- like the driver blew his smoke right in my bag. I was disgusted and what made it worse was when I called to talk to the manager he was not apologetic and I was less than pleased with his answers. At one point he said that was his only driver that could bring me another sandwich while in the same sentence he said he sent him home. Absolutely disgusting 🤮

This was my first time eating at this restaurant. The service was excellent. Chrissy and David were great. Chrissy was very personable and provided me with extra napkins. David made the wrap with fresh lettuce and the ingredients were very delicious. I will definitely be coming back.

Legit should be out of business. Straight rip off. Ordered three sandwiches and they came with one slice of meat on each sandwich. I can literally stack my two halves and eat it as one. You all are a disgrace. Don't wanna work. Call out. Dont want to provide good service, close your doors. Yall should be ashamed. Place used to be good. Thank you for the 40 dollar appetizer. Could have went and got stone crab and been more full.

My bread was a little wet from lettuce or pickles which is unusual for the veggie sub but overall it was fine like it’s jimmy John’s and they’re all pretty much the same. Some of these complaints are interesting.

It doesn't meet the franchise standards of Jimmy John's freaky fast. There was no workers behind the counter. The one that show up pretty quickly. I still took about 10 minutes to get my food. Which is way out of the norm for Jimmy John's freaky fast.
Open next time I come there it ain't so bad, but nearly $20, is there a way better competitors in the same parking lot. So I probably won't go again because you guys are priced yourself out. I know you guys got to keep up with inflation and all but $20 is too much for a sandwich.
I didn't get a receipt so maybe there's automatic gratuity or something to explain that.

It bothers me to leave a bad review but that’s the only way things get better. I wasn’t offered a choice of bread so I’m not sure if there was even any other available, i wasn’t asked what size sandwich, it was chosen for me, it felt very rushed, the sandwich was done before the receipt was printed. When I opened the sandwich I was barely anything on it, it looked like scraps with lots of mayonnaise. I tried to eat it just so I wouldn’t waste money but I just couldn’t finish it. I dont I’ll be eating at Jimmy John’s moving forward. I would like offer some customer service skills if interested.
