I would have given 5 stars all the way around if my cup and food hadn't smelt like cigarette smoke from the delivery! I have nothing against smoking but as a former smoker I prefer my food and cup not to smell like cigarettes.

Awful. As another reviewer wrote, sandwich was made before I finished ordering. No choice of bread, who wants a soft white roll for an Italian?! Also loaded with mayo! Had lettuce, tomotoes and onions. No other veggies! What the heck? No oil and vinegar. Was not asked what I wanted on it. Go somewhere else, don't waste your money. The cashier was new, very sweet and polite, otherwise zero stars.

Ordered a simple roast beef and swiss. No swiss only provalone. Got my sandwich with TWO thin slices of roast beef. That, a small bag of chips, and a fountain drink were $16. All I taste is bread and mayonnaise.

The sandwich I bought today was less than mediocre.About 10 days ago I bought the same sandwich- it was considerably better.I am very disappointed, and wish customer service would make things right. Otherwise, my eating choices will not include Jimmy John’s. BTW, my receipt total was above $19 !!!

I'm not sure why Yelp thinks this location is closed. I just received a delivery from this store the other day, and it will be my last. This is a pretty terrible business model if you are forced to order and pay for extra meat so that you don't get a sandwich that looks like the picture I am posting. This is the Little John with turkey(?), provolone, and lettuce.

Weird place. Not your average sub place. Only ONE kind of bread, (white), only ONE kind of cheese (white provolone) AND it's a $1 extra. NO SALT AND PEPPER. Not many veggie options. No spinach, no banana peppers, no black olives. This is probably the reason why you don't have the option to SEE ANY OF THE VEGGIES they put on your sandwich. Only 4 chip options all Jimmy Johns brand. Dude had finished making my sandwich before I even finished ordering it. The sandwich I did get was pretty good, I just kept thinking how much better our money would have been spent at a different sub place.

New black n blue sandwich advertised for 8.99 on menu board... they are charging 9.49 at the register with ZERO explanation. Con artists.

We had 2 gentleman who waited on us. Champ and Justin. I had tuna my husband had a number 8 Italian. They were the most delicious sandwiches we had in a long time. Give them a try. They are the best
My wife and child throwing up a few hours after eating here.My wife thought the meat smelled funny but thought she was imagining it.The meat had to be expired.Super disappointed you do not take better care of your customers.

My order on the tracker read out for delivery for over 20 minutes, despite my only being a mile away. I got a call from the driver because he couldn't find the office, even though I left very specific instructions on how to find us on the order. I told him to meet me at the restaurant downstairs (as in the instructions)When I got back upstairs with my order, I thought I smelled something. Picked up the bag, sniffed it- straight cigarette smoke. No one wants to eat that. Plus my sandwich had one piece of meat on it. Lo and behold I come to review, and the most recent one also mentions the cigarette smoke issue. Never again

Everytime I order from here my bag smells like cigarette smoke when it’s delivered. The bread is stale. It’s ALWAYS missing something. I’ve had my order left at the wrong place before and I’ve had it never show up. The last straw was my drink tasting sour. I’m done giving this place chances. It’s trash. I’ll take the drive to Publix from now on.
