"Out of this world" with the prices of these doughnuts for the quality. These doughnuts are Mediocre at best arrived at 8 30 and tasted like they were either frozen or prepped the night before . Definitely will not be returning and will stick with Dixie cream in fort pierce ?

Donuts were great manager on duty very unpleasant very nasty bad attitude ask the staff who the lady was that was being rude they stated was the manager unbelievable will not be returning due to this Manager, very unprofessional staff was very intimidated by this manager. She kept interrupting her staff and talking over them as they were serving customers not letting them do their job. Very unprofessional
Miss the old staff. Asked for 6 donuts (not a half dozen)...the gal grabbed the small box, I said I wanted 2 maple bars, was told I couldn't get them with my 6.. what do you mean....those don't count toward six donuts she said. I said, I know there is an up charge, but they are part of my 6. So she sat the box down and grabbed a bag. Put the 2 bars in a bag. Picked up the box and continued to ask me what I wanted... I picked out 4 more donuts which she placed in the small box.... I said that's all. She got pissy and said, well I have to put these 4 in a bag because you didn't get 6 donuts...and 6 donuts HAVE TO be in the box (I was informed the box cost $$).... so 4 donuts in a bag.... then she turned around and PUT THE BOX IN THE TRASH. I said now that was the stupidest thing I have ever seen. I said "could have put the maple bars in the box". She informed me that I could go to the Jupiter location. Will not be returning. I would rather have excellent customer service than to be talked to the way she talked to me this morning. Oh...and this was after I was already in this same morning and spent $45 on a previous order.

I typically frequent Jupiter doughnuts whenever i find them. This location has been the worst by far. First - no fritters - so I asked when they'd be ready so I could decide if waiting would be worth it. The little Queen behind the counter took offense. The more mature lady in the back came up and let us know itd be roughly 20 minutes or so. No big deal, so we ordered something else which didnt turn out well. I saw the plain glazed doughnuts come out fresh from the glazer so I ordered a dozen expecting a little taste of heaven. They were dense, like a cake doughnut -- almost like they forgot to let the dough rise. My wife drank the coffee... well a sip anyway. She said it was one of the worst cofees she has ever had.TLDR: Jupiter Doughnuts is usually good, this one is bad, probably due to employees having both skill & attitude problems.
