WOW!! I stumbled on to this restaurant and can’t believe that I finally found authentic sushi. Absolutely incredible experience! The sushi was unbelievably fresh, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. The service was warm and attentive, and the owners made the whole meal feel special. Easily one of the best sushi spots I’ve ever been to—can’t wait to go back!

I was so pleasantly surprised to visit Kazu recently after years away to find new owners a new vibe -- and a fantastic dining experience!
The staff were ao nice, the service was instant... and the sushi. Perfection.

Try the Toni roll if you like spice! I was amazed at the perfect balance of sushi to sweet heat!

Really good fresh sushi

Excellent service from the waitstaff two different times I’ve dined there. Hands down the most delicious sushi I’ve had. My favorite roll, volcano roll was a generous portion and so tasty.

The food has gone down hill. Not sure what happened as I had still enjoyed it since the change of ownership which was awhile back. But my latest takeout experience on Saturday wasn't good. What used to be our go to local gem is no more.
Took almost 20 mins over the pick up time that was stated. I got there 5 mins after the posted pick up time and waited another 15 mins. The single sushi chef seemed to be lacking any hustle and for a Saturday night at 8 pm only 2 tables were full. The atmosphere just seemed off. What used to be a cozy wonderful sushi spot , always hopping, is no more. The packing for takeout orders also went down hill and caused the containers to shift creating a mess.
The salad dressing once the star of the show, lacked all the veggie puree it once had and more vinegar added to stretch it.
Miso was OK. The Toni roll is way different than it once was. Personally didn't like and the fish inside the roll tasted old.
Salmon bento box was not as fresh as once was and the rolls were not well done.
Lastly, what is with all the sesame seeds?! Every dish looks like they just dumped a bunch of seeds all over everything randomly.
I still see positive posts so some still like it, but simply not for us anymore who believe what set Kazu apart has been lost.

I ordered the fried rice tempura roll and dragon salmon roll, it was amazing. 10/10! The rice was very flavorful and the sushi was fresh. The ingredients and flavor were beyond amazing. The spicy mayo sauce was also tasty! Best sushi spot! I will be returning.

Too much cream cheese! They put cream cheese in EVERYTHING!! Not enough selection without it!

Excellent and delicious food for the prices charged. Food is very well presented. The salad dressing is very good. All staff - from the new manager, the cook to the servers are doing an excellent job. Will eat there again.
