I had an excellent experience at this KFC location today. The food was served piping hot and tasted incredibly fresh, which isn't always a guarantee with fast food. The chicken was crispy, well-seasoned, and clearly made recently. Kudos to the kitchen team for maintaining high standards for food quality and temperature.

About 5 months ago I picked up in the drive thru for dinner a chicken sandwich fries and coleslaw. I was almost home when I decided to take a bite of my sandwich. To my shock it was very hard dry and a big piece of hair was in it. I immediately called to complain the woman said she's sorry come back for another. She took my information and said her name was Anna. I was already home so I didn't want to go back. I said I'll be back another time.
Today I was driving past the KFC and decided to finally pick up my sandwich. I walked in they are very cold and rude. The employee was complaining about someone in the drive thru before deciding to help me. I told her the story and she said there was no Anna. I said maybe I called the wrong KFC that night. She completely belittled me, was very condescending and basically called me a liar and like I was a homeless person trying to get free food. I was so insulted and shocked. She basically threw me out of the store. I called corporate to complain and I certainly hope they see this review. AND Don't worry I won't be back for your crappy food.

They gave the smallest piece of chicken I ever seen and it did not taste like there chicken recipe at all it sucked, and we ask for a breast and they gave thighs and ask for extra potatoes on the side and they gave gravey, I will never eat there again. Popeyes is way way better

Never had worst customer service. Went inside to just get a meal and had to wait for a very long time I didn’t even order.15 minutes go by and still getting completely ignored. Finally the worker goes to us to take our order, after that we waited for a long time and again IGNORED! we had to ask for our food and a lady just threw it us. There was multiple people waiting for their food and yet was ignored.
Place is always clean and food always tastes good. More importantly I had an issue with the app when trying to order lunch. The staff at this location was super helpful, kind, and respectful without me even asking. They resolved my issue that wasn't even their responsibility and did it fast and correctly. I only wish i got their names to give them the kudos they deserve. Thank you all.

I ordered online. Got an alert that my order was ready. I went into the store to pick up my order and was greeted by “Your order is not ready, we’re working on it”. Took 15 minutes to prepare my order. It wouldn’t have been a problem if it had not been marked as ready. 15 minutes there got to me to see that nobody was wearing gloves and one employee coughing into her hand and then touching food.

I love the pot pies that's my go too when I come to KFC once was disappointed with the pot pie had one piece of chicken in it. Once in a while I'll have the nuggets was disappointed got crumbs at somepoint very few pieces of nuggets..overall it's ok.
