I ordered online. Got an alert that my order was ready. I went into the store to pick up my order and was greeted by “Your order is not ready, we’re working on it”. Took 15 minutes to prepare my order. It wouldn’t have been a problem if it had not been marked as ready. 15 minutes there got to me to see that nobody was wearing gloves and one employee coughing into her hand and then touching food.

I love the pot pies that's my go too when I come to KFC once was disappointed with the pot pie had one piece of chicken in it. Once in a while I'll have the nuggets was disappointed got crumbs at somepoint very few pieces of nuggets..overall it's ok.

Everything was fine until we had an unwanted guest at our booth. Cockroach walking across the wall, didn't seem to mind us one bit. Business as usual. I suddenly grew wings and got the eff outta that place.

This place is terrible terrible terrible. Customer service (SUCKS) We stood in the line for exactly 18.32 mins without any service…Unacceptable we will never go to this kfc again. The bathrooms were dirty and my family went there at 9:51 and that was are first time going there (we usually go to different ones) and a worker said it's closed and my mom said ok bot what time does it close at and she said it's closed mam and my mom tried asking again and she said at 10:00 !!!!!!!! rudely
