Ordered food online for pickup, got notified that my order was ready. When I arrived to pick it up, staff told me they had no order. I paid $30 for my food already. No one spoke fluent English. Another customer had to translate and they kept telling me to place another order. Even tho I paid already, they wanted me to pay again. after going back and forth for ten minutes, they found my order under the counter. No apology. Staff is awful and they need someone who speaks English.

Been there 10 times in the last few years but the last time we went, we got a steak sauté and a chicken sauté dish the steak and the chicken were hard. There was hardly any chicken or beef in each dish mostly vegetableskind of a rip off for $16. Not going back there anymore I told the guy at the register and he just smiled

I first went to the PSL one, and fell in love. Then I went to the Fort Pierce and the Stuart one. It's an excellent chain, well run and operated. Great food and helpful staff. Thumbs up!

Horrible experience at this specific location this evening, I’m writing this on my way home pissed af cause they threw out half of our food while standing waiting to get boxes for the rest of our food!! And clearly no one here spoke fluent English to understand that I was shocked that they just threw away half our food on the table! After almost 60$ on food and coming here constantly I felt so rushed out of here and thought yall were open til 9 and it’s 843 as I’m typing this- I’m from west Palm and have gone to several La Granja locations through out south Florida and tonight I was starving came here for food ordered 1/2 a chicken and 1-2 a fish filet dinner combo and and I can’t believe in the two seconds it took me to stand up to ask for a box they threw our food out smh 🤦♀️🤦♀️ and then offered no solution - I’m good I’m never coming back to a place with zero problem solving ability again.
