I called and ordered an extra most best pizza so that it would be ready. When I arrived pick it up when I walked inside and paid for it is a person working. The counter told to cook okay. You can put it in now. I said why didn't they put the pizza in the oven when I called? I ordered it so that it would be ready. When I got here he called the manager to try and figure out how to give me a refund. She was obnoxious on the phone. Needless to say cuz they lost my business

I don't always do the dew. However I did the dew at lil C's and it slapped. Also deep dish is the only way to go.
Ordered online in order to save wait time in the store. I arrived when my order said it was complete. Got there and it was 20 min before I was asked for my name on the order. Then the employee told me “Oh that order”. I saw that they were just starting my order. It ended up taking another 30 minutes before I received my food. Employees were overwhelmed and understaffed. I was given an extra order of cheese bread for my wait. Food was delicious

I arrive at 10:40 pm and they were already close this is ridiculous they supposed to be open until 11pm if they should been closed they should have lock the doors they are making the company loose money because they’re Lacys and instead of apologize they just talking behind the customer back that is respectful and unprofessional

Avoid this company all together they won't accept a 50 dollar bill ( basically telling me my money isn't good here) when I was going to spend 43 dollars. tried to buy my guys lunch today probably best anyway food probably sucks went to Culver's instead they took my 50 dollar bill so fast and gave me change without any issues and I got more food and spent less then that garbage pizza would of probably been. If your a company that is afraid of cash then you shouldn't be in business me as a business owner I accept all forms of payment it's better to get the payments anyway you can these days while the business is good because when your sitting there and no business rolling through your door, you will wish you had taken the cash I was trying to give you for a service but to each there own good luck in this fast pace world we live in....
