This is really difficult for me to write. My family and I have been fairly loyal to Luna for almost 10 years. Something has changed and in a very bad way. We adjusted when prices were increased, but now the quality and taste of the food is just not as good. Garlic knots were greasy. Pizza crust was bland. The most upsetting was the ricotta cheese in the ziti. It was more of a watery paste with a bland flavor. There was also a good portion of my lettuce that was chewy compared to their normally crisp romaine. I’m not sure if the crispness of the salad is gone due to the change from a wooden bowl to a plastic, but it was off putting. The last thing I want to mention is, the bathroom. They have one working restroom, that even my husband and children (all boys) said was dirty. My husband said the tiles were floating (no longer sealed to the under slab) most likely due to moisture (urine). One restroom isn’t necessarily an issue if it is maintained. The issue is, the second restroom has been in non-working condition for at least a month. Hopefully someone can get things back on track. We will have to take a break from Luna for now.

Ask for a pizza wet olives and mushrooms. To give me a made pizza and just throw the toppings that literally falling off I just feel like it’s disrespecting your clients.

This is hands down one of our most favorite place to go for date night. The pizza and garlic knots are so good. The staff is always smiling and so pleasant. We love to order from the window and then sit in one of their outdoor tables to enjoy our delicious meal, that never fails to satisfy. Being in downtown Stuart, makes this even better since we can then go for a lovely, romantic stroll. Each time we leave there, we're already looking forward to the next time. Highly recommend this place for great pizza and a great time. Go ... You went regret it

I ordered a well done SLICE of pizza for togo at 11:08 and i got there at 11:45 because they said it would be ready at 12:00 but i called a head of time to see if they could have it ready before then which they said yes. When i got to the front for pick up they said it wasn’t ready and the girl at the counter said the cook has it now which is crazy. When food was ready it wasn’t even well done and they just threw my toppings on top. distasteful and just a mess for ONE SLICE of pizza

My family and I have been coming here every Sunday for the last 6 months becoming a family night for us. However, when your phones don’t work to place the order and to top that you close at 9pm and the cook says no we’re closing at 830 tonight. upon arrival at 820 pm you refuse my order for a large pizza…coming from a local business leader this isn’t a good experience and I will be finding a different place for our family night. Meanwhile my 2 yr old yelling about our pizza night so getting her a slice before having to go somewhere else charged $4.17 for a slice of cheese pizza…Perhaps I have been supporting the wrong business.

New ownership AGAIN, manager is straight up unprofessional and mediocre. Have been firing all notable employees and cooks that have been there since day 1. Place is trashed, food will never be the same without the original cook. All my favorite servers have quit or are quitting. Save yourself the disappointment and stop coming.
Went to Luna for dinner tonight and witnessed the most chaotic thing I’ve ever seen at a restaurant. I am assuming that this woman was the manager and she was parading around, appearing completely intoxicated screaming at employees, stumbling into tables, and creating absolute chaos. We were the only customers inside… and now I understand why. I honestly feel horrible for the staff. To witness that as a customer was truly one for the books. We will never be back.

The quality & service have both declined. We ordered to have lunch outside and my 3 year old then decided he wanted to eat inside instead. We asked if we could relocate inside & would have ordered additional food/drinks, but the waitress was rude & told us no we’d have to stay outside. There were not any patrons inside of the restaurant, so all the tables were open. We will not be returning.
