Having visited the Elliot museum in Stuart we wanted some lunch and as there was no cafe open at the museum we drove into town and found a parking spot in the street. Nearby we found Maria’s cafe and sat outside.\nIt wasn’t busy as it was Monday, a friendly server brought menus and we chose drinks whilst we looked at the food choices. \nWe chose a tuna sandwich, BLT and a Turkey club.\nThe food came quickly and was good.\nThe cafe was closing so we paid our bill but were able...
I had the patty melt with fries at Maria’s Cafe, and it was excellent! The patty melt was delicious, and the fries were hot and crispy. Our waitress, Angie, was incredibly personable and friendly, making the experience even better. Even the friendly busser, Marquis, added to the enjoyment by kindly refilling my cup with ice and water to go. I’ll definitely be back!
The place in general was good, quite cozy and with an excellent location. Very affordable prices and good portions. The taste of the food was not the best but it works very well for its purpose. The menu is extensive and the ingredients look very fresh. The waiters were very kind and friendly at all times. Good place to stop for a while and have an American breakfast.
