Upon entering it feels like being in the classic Italian restaurants from films. The pizza was good, but not exactly according to tradition

So this was my first time eating at Mario’s my husband and I figured we would try it for an anniversary dinner. We were seated by this young girl sat there for about 10 minutes. Finally the waitress named Roseanne came over no hello didn’t offer to get us an appetizer, she wanted my order or our order, I started to say I’m ready to order she goes tell me please…. Like she’s in a hurry the food I ordered was not that great. My husband and I ordered the pasta Venezia. We spent 120 bucks between food and tip. I will never go back.

My family got take out last night and according to their online prices it should have been $135. We were charged over $190! They don’t even provide an itemized receipt.

Food was very expensive. It was ok but not great. Service was lacking. Atmosphere was horrible. Sat us in a very crowded booth with very uncomfortable wooden benches. Will not be returning to this establishment.

A nice and quiet place. We met up with friends after a home listing appointment. I was pleased with the tortellini alfredo (a modification from the menu). Other guests with us enjoyed a flavor filled pizza, and an eggplant Parmesan. All portion sizes were sufficient for take home boxes. The staff was excellently attentive. A local business had referred us here and we can see why! The pre-meal bread basket was unique. That may be what sets this experience apart.

I’ve been coming here since the 80’s unfortunately last night I brought my Girlfriend who was visiting from California and it wasn’t great. We ordered the pasta dinner dinner for two. When the dinner was brought to the table and I began eating the dinner some of the Pasta was literally frozen on the inside specifically the Manicotti . What a let down for my first visit with my girlfriend. The waitress took the dish back to the kitchen to be rewarmed. When we sat down the waitress was rushing us to order because she had a room of fifty people she said. I’m assuming that’s why our food came out frozen in the center. This was a $100.00 diner folks . Mario please talk to your people in the kitchen and straighten things up if they need to use a thermometer to verify food temp then I would highly recommend that be done. Attention to detail and Temperature matters. Again I’ve been enjoying this Restaurant since the 80’s so I’m not happy about writing this review, however they need to know when meals are coming to the table with frozen product .

So we have a great dinner.Figure let's try again.Could not figure the life of me the bad reviews.Go back, drive from Port St. Lucie. The waitress was great, but the food took so long we were asleep at the table. This is with nobody in the restaurant.Maybe a table and a few people in the bar. I call to explain, not really complain and I'm told by this punk who is the owners son. Born on third base and thought he hit a triple. I can get free coffee next time I drive an hour and a half.No thank you.Done with this place too good to be true.
