I absolutely love this place. It's like my second home! They always know your name & greet you when you walk in. And sometimes, they already know your order. Everyone is super friendly, and the food is amazing. I've had several varieties of bagels, and they are SO fresh. Including the breakfast sandwiches. I won't go anywhere else!

I told the clerk I wanted the menu item exactly how it comes, not toasted, so I wouldn’t have to answer any questions about how I wanted it made, yet still asked multiple times how I liked it, Slowly getting irritated. Not crazy about the portion, tiny but good.

Bagels are pretty good, but as someone from the north, having a stale egg and bacon microwaved for 30 seconds with a piece of processed cheese and charging me 9$ for it feels downright disrespectful

Might as well be dog food… This place screams cross contamination do not eat here if you have allergies! Unsanitary , microwaved and stale. Plates are not washed in between customers neither are cutting utensils. My food was cold in the middle after being MICROWAVED for 5 minutes. Food was also bland. One bite and in the trash. NOT worth the $30 I spent on breakfast.

Stopped in for a bagel with cream cheese and coffee. My favorite is poppy seed but they were our so had sesame instead. Bagel was fresh and delish with more than ample cream cheese. Service was great. Highly recommended.

Paid $8 for a bagel and egg sandwich cooked in a microwave with no seasonings or flavor of any kind. Took my order to go and discovered they didn't put anything i asked for on my sandwich. At least the bagel looked pretty good before i ate it.
