Very disappointed! I used to love this place, but recently the valuing quality has declined. I ordered a ham, egg and cheese sandwich and slice of ham included. For over $10 per person, this was a rip off.

Why would you close at 1 pm ?????? People eat bagels for lunch. Please this is unheard of, 3pm better!!!

Very slow service, the guy working seemed to not know what he was doing. They even charged $3.00 for 2 little strawberry jellies, just cheap. 27 bucks for a single bagel with regular cream cheese, a bagel and egg sandwich and an iced coffee which the guy said would be $4.55 to refill. Again, I always say there are so many places to eat that would not waste any time or cash at this place.

Max’s Bagel is a happy source of local morning memories. Been going since High School and enjoying a bagel with smear. This morning I had the luck of having new employee Greg make my order WITH the perfect amount of cream cheese. We all know this is a critical moment for your bagel. Thanks Greg & Max’s Bagels for making mornings better here in Martin County.

Have been coming for years. Close to home love the drive through. Bagels are decent. But after my experience on Sunday. I ordered 7 bagels two creams cheeses. Paid with debit card refused the receipt when asked gave a 20% tip and left. Got in the car and said to myself did I just pay $30 for 7 bagels and two half size cream cheeses. I call the store and the gentleman told me they charge $19.25 for half dozen and one cream cheese. Wow! And my second cream cheese was $6.29.
I know these are the days today everything is so expensive. But seriously $30.86 far 7 bagels and 2 cream cheeses!

I absolutely love this place. It's like my second home! They always know your name & greet you when you walk in. And sometimes, they already know your order. Everyone is super friendly, and the food is amazing. I've had several varieties of bagels, and they are SO fresh. Including the breakfast sandwiches. I won't go anywhere else!
I told the clerk I wanted the menu item exactly how it comes, not toasted, so I wouldn’t have to answer any questions about how I wanted it made, yet still asked multiple times how I liked it, Slowly getting irritated. Not crazy about the portion, tiny but good.
Prices are very high. $15 for a New Yorker bagel sandwich. Ridiculous

Our experience here is always super pleasant! The staff is super sweet and they always know my order when I call ahead! Even the manager is involved with their customers! Their bagels are top notch! Always our go to place! Thank you for such a pleasant experience with quality bagels and food!
Cute, quick stop for tasty bagel sandwich.
I love the place and specially the tuna bagel, but today I went and when I grab a cup for a coffee, a roach just passed by my cup..
Lost business because they never open on time. Today i watched 3 people walk away because they didn’t open at 7 like door says
Bagels are pretty good, but as someone from the north, having a stale egg and bacon microwaved for 30 seconds with a piece of processed cheese and charging me 9$ for it feels downright disrespectful
