This is only a one so it will get looked at. Have you ever tried to drink a large shake through one of your paper straws? The straw falls apart before you're half way done. Paper straws are horrible, please use plastic straws

I've never had a burger from anywhere with so much salt on it. Pound and a half of salt salt salt. Getting a carton half-empty of the dreg fries from the bottom of the freezer bag where they're all half an inch long was a nice touch.

the food was cold,we asked for fresh fries and the lady at the drive thru handing out the food was rude took the fries and put them with the frsh fries to make seem like she was giving us fresh fries but half of the fries were ice cold and half were hot ,,, your charing $10 or more for a meal at least make sure the food is fresh and hot,,i will be contacting higher management about this issue because its not the first time this has happened ...my order number for this visit is 1241 through the drive thru , 02/27/2025 at 11:36 am...VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

It's very small with limited seating. Even though we were the only customers inside the restaurant, it took 20 minutes or so for our food to arrive. The workers weren't overly friendly.
Whenever I place an order through Uber Eats I have the same problem, they say they don't have my order, and I have to call many times for them to verify. Even today I ordered and the driver tells me to call them because they told him there is no order for me! So I called and told them that they already charged my account! And that's when they decided to give my order to the driver! It's like they don't want to sell! I don't understand! I will never place an order here again!

For was very hot. Had issues with the app so Mom and I went inside. We couldn't seem to place order online and then pay at window with cash. Solution was just to use my debit card and then eat inside. The store was very clean and men's bathroom was very clean and had hot water, soap and drying device. Ordered burgers and a few large French fries, chicken nuggets, apple pie and vanilla ice cream cone on the way out. The app allows you to use a twenty percent off coupon on orders over ten or fifteen dollars. Burgers were prepared properly and both employees were friendly, spoke excellent English and were very helpful.
Upon leaving the restaurant we saw a dead rat. It didn't appear to be coming out of the restaurant. Management cared for matter properly. That's reason for 3.5 rating as this definitely upset our stomach.

Food was good as always. But I asked for table service for my Sunday for desert. I had to ask about it after 20 minutes. She said I called your name. I do not have very good hearing and did not hear her. I took it to my table. It was very melted and spilled all over the floor and table. Took like 10 napkins to clean up. If it was delivered to table as requested this would not have happened. 5 minutes cleaning it and me up. 2 trips to garbage and bathroom to get cleaned up.

I literally don’t know how this place hasn’t been shut down the customer service is past TERRIBLE it used to be the best in all Martin county not in 5 years has it been , it’s horrible though , not only that there is some how never ice cream , LIKE NEVER ever ever ever , you hire people who don’t care about bills and adulting , they have no apple pie no ice cream never shit !!! For being such a big company I’d think they would do better .
