While I was in the drive thru , they told me to go forward and wait in the parking, then one of the employee come with part of the order,and he was very rude.

What the heck did they do to the milkshakes? I ordered a strawberry shake, which was over $5, and it was more like a slushy...it was the nastiest shake I have ever had. I tossed it and went to checkers for a real strawberry shake.

Kids' s happy meals , it shows pet stimulator was the toy . Kids usually ask mcd is for toy . They gave some kind crap toy. And I show them on their website we are you must need to give these toys. They also don't have any idea .

Jarrod the manager was terrible with customer service. I ordered online and was waiting 45 minutes inside for my food. They were only paying attention to drive thru and when I asked about my food I was told “they will eventually get to it”. The manager had no charisma at all for anybody. He was very rude to everybody and ignored everybody that was concerned where their food was. An employee came early to help and was told he couldn’t clock in even though they clearly needed the help. I’ve never been to such a horrible McDonald’s and had such bad service especially from a manager.

Fries have been cold more frequently when going through the drive thru.
They forgot my kids sandwich, had to turn around and the lady gave me attitude after I politely showed her the receipt, took them 15 minutes to get one sandwich

2nd time I've gotten the wrong order from this location in the 10 times I've been there... That's a 20% chance I get the wrong order. Was the only person in line and took 10 minutes to get order just for it to be wrong. No McAfee products at 8AM because "machine isn't clean". Think this is the last time I come here. Staff is just slow and doesn't have the accuracy. I just have no clue how my order could have been wrong when I was the only one there and at the food window for 10 mins....
