Do the survey on the receipt! If you have a complaint. They obviously don't respond to complaints here, but if you do the survey on the receipt they will get attention.
My issue was it was hard to find a spot in front of the restaurant when I pulled in, but I noticed cars with Sun Shields and morning dew on them. Are these employees cars that are parking right in front of the door? Can the management please ask the employees to park in the back and leave the front for customers?

I went through the drive through this evening and ordered a cheeseburger meal plain with a sweet tea and a medium iced caramel macchiato. I get to the window and the cashier tells me that they don’t have the iced caramel macchiato because the machine is down and asks me if I want something else, I said a coke was fine. She tells me the price is $12.29 to which I hand her my debit card. As she’s processing the payment I hear her tell the girl next to her that she accidentally forgot to take the macchiato off, and I hear the other girl say, it’s fine just give her the food. The young cashier says nothing about the mistake to me and hands me my debit card (no receipt) and my food. I then asked if I was changed for the macchiato or the coke. She tells me I was changed for the macchiato. I asked what the price difference was between the 2 and it’s almost $2.00. I asked to have the difference refunded to me. She says she can give me another Coke, but can’t refund me what I was overcharged. I again ask for the refund, she get another associate who also offers me another Coke, she then asks the manager who also refuses to correct the issue and give me my refund. The $2.00 isn’t a big deal and is unimportant. The big deal is that the mistake was made and had I not asked if I was changed wrong, they would have just taken my money and let me drive off. And then they didn’t even attempt to correct the problem. Terrible customer service, deceptive staff and I have never known a business to steal from its customers. Wouldn’t matter if it was $2.00 or $200, charging a customer for a product that they didn’t receive and then keeping the money for that product is theft in my book. Buyer beware, I’m sure they have done this to other customers. I’m sure I am not the first. If you choose to go to this McDonald’s, ask for receipts and verify. I for one, Will no longer be going to this McDonalds.

They don’t toast ANYTHING properly so the bagels, and biscuits don’t taste great. Especially the bagels McDonald’s uses. The muffins are whatever. The staff is hard to get ahold of. There was I guy standing by the register for a while and started to say “hello, anybody?” The guy mopping in the lobby came around after a while and was like what do you need? The guy at the register said I wanna order, he said oh and turned around and walked back to his mop. Then after another couple minutes a manager walked out. She walked him over to the kiosk rang his order in and then walked him back over to the register to finish paying. What the heck was that all about? Just ring his order in at the register. Are they all broke? Well no because after the run around she still used the register anyway! What happened to slightly caring about your customers?

My order was beyond over cooked; burnt meat and bread! Ordered 2 Bacon McDoubles asked for XTRA pickles (maybe 1 that looked half chewn), and XTRA onion (that was burnt as much as the patties). I also ordered 2 BigMacs w/ no lettuce (burgers came with nothing, hardly any MacSauce. I have had "OK" orders here before, but this one was thrown in the garbage after 1 bite.

First of all, I had to put my order in the machine, second the lady had my order wrong n when I tried to correct her, she proceeded to argue with me, even after I showed her my receipt with the correct order she still me manage to have an attitude. The other lady who's working the floor was very polite to the point I wish she was the manager.

One of the few places left with ice to buy before the storm and they opened quickly afterwards. Not a huge fan of fast food but was nice to get some hot food for my kids today. The employees were super nice and helpful. Prices have gotten ridiculous, should not have cost as much as it did for the little I got.

I ordered the been having split Mc flurry. It’s not what I got. I got home and checked. They were out of stock. I don’t know what the hell they made the sandwich. The chicken sandwich was hard as a rock prize were hot no ketchup, no straw for my ice coffee, normally get good service at this. McDonald’s very poor this time.

Was able to pick up a delivery order fast and leave. The inside was clean but outside had a strong bleach smell.

My order was two McChicken sandwiches, one big Mac and one medium fries. They didn’t give me the big Mac, the fries were hot, but had no salt on them and both McChicken sandwiches had so much mayonnaise on them I thought I was eating it out straight out of the jar. I’ll never go there again.
