I went through the drive through and used points to get a 10 count chicken nugget and the grinch meal when I got my food I asked the lady in the window specifically if the second chicken nugget was just put in the same box as the meal and she said yes only to get home and not have my second chicken nuggets now I have to figure out how to get my points back

Won't order from this place again. They left a breakfast sandwich off the order and you can't reach anyone by phone. Next time I will just drive to Dunkin.

Was told no rootbeer, the only soda they had available was Coke or Sprite. Asked for a receipt and was told they dont have receipt paper (no receipt). The burgers were ice cold, cheese not even melted. The fries were cold and stale (surprised because it was 10:50 am, should have been fresh). No napkins, no ktechup (I asked for both). This was the worst McDonald's experience to date. Bad enough to write review. Maybe its time to shut down this location.

I thought McDonald's was lowering prices? Felt like I just took it a second mortgage to pay for breakfast. Definitely won't be returning. Cheaper to go to Burger King or a sit down diner.

Waiting in line customer in front waiting on his order, airforce veteran, had to yell to get service. Manage said they were trying to get the gentleman's order figured out. He said they perfer me to use the kiosk. All his staff was wondering around speaking Spanish. I said I don't talk to computers. I perfer a live person. So I said I'll just go to 7-11.
Really need to teach customer service to your people. He had no managerial skills at all.
The Crew Manager Patricia was GREAT!! My ice coffee wasn’t as I ordered it and she fixed it no questions asked. This is by far the best McDonalds I’ve been to! Thank you Patricia!

Came through the drive though and they didn’t even have a sign that the other side wasn’t working. So I decided to park and walk in and there was no one else here. Took them 30 minutes. Workers are horrible and can’t even take care of 2 people in a 30 min time frame.
