Mandatory tip and a service charge is a big no for us, we reserve the right to tip more or less depending on the service. The food is very expensive for the type of casual place that it is. Salad is shredded lettuce with tiny pieces of tomato and cucumber and a mediterranean oil and vinegar dressing. I went with my family to have lunch . The place is nicely decorated but the music (merengue or salsa) is really, really loud !! The food was ok , some dishes better than others, but it took a long time to arrive (30-40’). A bit pricey for what you get . The smoothies were very good. I don’t like to be charged a “service fee” and also a 20 % mandatory tip! I think it’s too much !!!
This place is flying under the radar! First and foremost, the customer service is welcoming and answered all my questions about the menu. The beef empanadas were fresh and flavorful. Trifongo with the Caribbean shrimp is my wife’s final meal request, she’s not wrong.
