This is a higher end Italian restaurant. Service was great and food perfect.
I honestly HATE rating something as one star, but honestly the ONE and ONLY reason why is due to the food. Our garlic knots were SUPER salty, our bruschetta was SOGGY, and my entree tasted like it had essence of seafood in it, I ordered the fettuccine bolognese. My date had ordered rigatoni rabe, it had an aged taste to it and was very soupy. The service on the other hand was outstanding. We had very attentive and eager staff waiting on us. They moved expeditiously and were very courteous. The atmosphere was relatively dark, the music was a nice touch though.
Food was disgusting, bland chicken with a balsamic type gravy dumped on top. That did nothing but create indigestion. The service was the best part of the night. Atmosphere is old and dated, the light in the bathroom was falling down. I won't be back.
Tiramisu was great too!
Clean, well kept facility with very friendly staff
What an unexpected gem! Said Pizza and Italian food on the window outside. This was a 40th anniversary date my husband brought be here to this smallish and a little dark (you get used to it) restaurant. What an unexpected GEM! Hands down the best garlic knots in the universe. So we were hopeful. Then had the BEST, I don't exagerate, salmon meal I've ever had! I was raving to the wonderful waitress! Husband loved his dish too. We shared their larger salad even though our dishes came with one and it was so good! We're bringing family back there this week! And dessert was fabulous too. (Don't eat lunch that day!) Can't wait!
Outstanding food and service, the dining room is very dark and we had to use the flashlight on our phone to read the menu
Delicious appetizers, stuffed mushrooms, bruschetta, and tender veal Marsala. All good. Pleasant wait staff and nice atmosphere.
Not sure why I've never been here before, but it was excellent! I had the veal marsala, which was prepared perfectly. Sliced thin, not too much breading and the sauce and mushrooms were delicious. Garlic knots were also good, not too heavy. They have early bird specials which was a good value.
Absolutely incredible experience! This local Italian gem truly exceeded all expectations. The moment we walked in, we could feel the warmth and charm of a true mom-and-pop restaurant — cozy, welcoming, and filled with the mouthwatering aroma of fresh, homemade pasta. You can really taste the difference — every dish was packed with flavor, and the pasta was some of the freshest we’ve ever had.
Our server, Cory, made the night even more special. She was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her recommendations were spot on, and her service was top-notch from start to finish. If you’re looking for authentic Italian food made with love, this place is a must-visit. We’ll definitely be coming back!
