“Stopped for lunch at this newly opened restaurant and were pleasantly rewarded. Food was authentic and outstanding, service exceptional, venue spotless and the owner was accommodating and kind. With many Vietnamese places changing hands over the last few years (and not in a good way changing with quality declining) this is a great addition to the local food scene in the area. Shoutout to the military veteran owner/host/server and his staff. Highly recommend.“

“Long story. The place is clean-the ingredients are great for the most part, but don't expect real grilled steak and cheese, it's not. This is our 3rd visit to this location. Visit #1 was on opening day so it's really not fair to judge accurately, although it's a franchise, and having had a franchise myself... opening day should be perfect because they get lots of help and support. Anyway, we were somewhat happy with the food that day except for the bread. It was dense and seemed stale, oh And my chicken cutlet was cold but the brocolli rabe was hot so go figure. 2 out of 5 subs were cut in 1/2 but they came out ok. Yep, the service was slow and some orders were messed up that day but come on guys, they were still learning, and it was really crowded. (DINED IN)Visit #2-they totally messed up two simple orders and the bread was super hard and seemed stale. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken and I specifically asked the owner if the chicken was the cutlet not the cubes and she told me it was the cutlet and guess what I got? CUBES of chicken and not a great texture. The second sub was a steak and cheese hoagie and we were told they could do the onions and peppers well cooked. NOPE, raw barely warm meat and uncooked onions with NO PEPPERS and NO CHEESE, AND the bread was tasty but hard a a rock. Too late, we were already home. (TAKE OUT)I was about to give up but then I remembered I had a gift certificate so we decided to give it one last try.Visit #3 (today). We asked at the counter if the bread was fresh (was told yes) we asked if we could have the bread scooped out in the middle (was told YES). So...we ordered 2 sharp Italian PRIMO'S with no onions, pepper spread, lettuce and tomato, oil and vinegar. GUESS WHAT? The order came out PERFECT except the bread was still hard a bit hard (mostly the ends). We took the 2nd half home, removed the lettuce and tomato, wrapped them in foil and tossed them in the oven for a few minutes and the bread came out soft in the center and crispy on the outside. It was a lot of work but TASTED so much better. The kids working there tonight paid attention and got the order absolutely perfect. We just need a better bread option so maybe next time we will try one first thing in the morning when the bread comes out of the oven. Not sure if I want to try this place again but maybe my hubby will. I think I"m done. (DINED IN)“
