We had the privilege of dining at Oak & Ember in downtown Stuart on 1/22/26, and this first time experience was nothing short of pure class all the way. We were celebrating my father's 80th birthday (who does need a wheelchair to get around) and the staff was accommodating, and the service was amazing! From the little details like confetti on the table, to a lovely card and a complimentary champagne toast for a milestone birthday, we were blown away by the hospitality. Our server Eduardo was professional and attentive every step of the way. I cannot say enough good things about this man - he alone made the night extra special. To top it all off, the food from the hard working kitchen team was spectacular! The food alone is reason enough to pay them a visit. Downtown Stuart has a few class act dining options available, and Oak & Ember is no exception. Highly recommended. Thank you O & E team for a truly memorable evening!

Shrimp cocktail was delicious! Wagyu filet is a delicious cut. The crème brûlée and tiramisu were wonderful! They make a great dirty martini too. Will return when we come back to town.

Came for our anniversary and they made it special! Shared a tomahawk steak with my husband and it was cooked perfectly. Service was wonderful- Eduardo was a fantastic server.

5 of us Sister ordered hamburger (prefers the alcohol) didn't eat it.. didn't think it was cooked right or tasted good. Brother ordered filet .... enjoyed but felt over priced also ordered A bottle of Berringer Reserve .... delicious Wife and I split filet, tasty but she prepares better with better taste we also ordered a side of mushrooms... received two small sauce bowls, not enough. Bake potato large but needed more sides Friend ordered chicken dish, enjoyed.

We have been to most of the high end chain steakhouses and many independent ones. Our dinning experience at Oak and Ember was exceptional. Our server Frankie went above and beyond and is among the best servers we have ever had!! The craft cocktails and food were prepared perfectly and were delicious!! There was no waiting for anything here and we were not rushed. If you are thinking of dining here, Do it!! You won’t be disappointed and if you can get a table with Frankie you will be even more pleased!!
