We celebrated my husband’s birthday, it was a great experience, the hostess had a warm greeting and showed us to our table right away. Our server, Francesco was very knowledgeable about the menu, the drinks and was very prompt to start our dining experience. It was a great night all around. The drinks were delicious, the food was beyond yummy, the desserts were perfect and our wine selection was flavorful. We actually chose a tomahawk steak with seafood to share with the entire table, and it was a perfect amount. I definitely recommend Oak and ember and even more you should request Francesco!

We had high hopes for this restaurant, but we left extremely disappointed. We ordered the lobster bisque, and it was honestly one of the worst I’ve ever had. It came in a very small cup with only the tiniest sprinkle of lobster. Instead of a rich, flavorful bisque, it tasted more like gravy with a splash of Worcestershire sauce. For a $40 bill, the portions and quality were unacceptable.

We heard a lot about this place and finally visited on our anniversary. Our server Kait was wonderful; friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The food was awesome from the lamb empanadas to the calamari with salsa verde to the steak and shrimp. Even our drinks were awesome! Wonderful experience! We will return for that Monday happy hour.

Wow so overpriced for Stuart. Service makes a big difference in dining at a quality restaurant. Ashley was our server and she was nothing short of excellent! Food was very good smaller portions but well prepared. $223. Two mixed drinks , Seabass Main along with octopus Main and one appetizer. Won’t be back.

We came Saturday night to celebrate our 11-year anniversary, which I noted on our reservation. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. We were seated in first-come seating due to weather, without being given a wait time for regular dining. None of the special touches I’d heard about for occasions—like confetti or a card—were provided, which made the evening feel ordinary instead of memorable. I was hoping for more, especially for such a special celebration.

We spontaneously decided to eat here while strolling around downtown Stuart and were very happy with everything! We ordered two appetizers and two main courses, and it was all delicious. Our server, Francesco or Frank(sorry, can’t quite remember his name), was excellent and very amiable. We would definitely visit here again.

Our dining experience at Oak & Ember Steakhouse at Kyle G’s was exceptional, and Eduardo played a huge role in making it memorable. From the moment we were seated, he was attentive, professional, and personable. The food was exquisite — Amber thoroughly enjoyed her meal, and my cocktail was excellent — but what truly set the evening apart was the service. Eduardo struck the perfect balance of being polite, engaging, and attentive without ever being overbearing. His humor and warm personality added to the experience, making us feel welcomed and well cared for throughout the evening.
It’s rare to find a server who enhances an already outstanding meal, but Eduardo did exactly that. He represents the restaurant with excellence, and we look forward to returning — especially if we can be seated in his section again.
