Best meal and service we have had in a long time! Steak was out of the world delicious and our server, Megan went above and beyond. Megan was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and all of the restaurant’s offerings. Nothing but positive things to say about the server and quality of food!

Megan went above and beyond to give us the best dining experience. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and even looked up my father-in-law's previous wine orders and made sure to check if his favourite bottle was in stock. The food and drinks were great (the Tiramisu was to die for), but it was really the amazing service that left us extremely satisfied with our time at Oak & Ember!

Delicious meal tonight with the most fabulous server, Eduardo. He was so friendly and attentive and made our meal special. We did the Serrano ham appetizer wrapped around pear and the tomahawk steak with an add on of lobster tail, stuffed shrimp and scallop. All was perfectly cooked. The smores dessert with table side scorching of the marshmallow was unbelievable… prob the best dessert I’ve had in my life. Eduardo made our meal memorable with his sparkling personality and attention to detail.

We will not return.. sorry, but ignoring your customers is unacceptable, then charge us 16% gratuity for being ignored???!! We are locals and believe me, in my community of 7000 residents, we will not recommend this place!! HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!

We really have tried to like this place . Been here three times the first time great the second two times we waked out. The bar tender has a bad attitude like we should be so happy he was there. 15 to 20 min to be acknowledged another 15 minutes to get a drink. 30 more minutes with empty glass bar half full and asked for a check. They were shocked we were not bowing to them for showing up to serve us.

Listen I like to space shit out and not be rushed but don’t ever give me attitude for asking for something.

And then automatically include a tip. They have to or nobody would tip and I am
A 25-30% tipper for decent service.

Disappointed again!

Kait our server was outstanding. Not only did she provide amazing service, she went above and beyond serving us. We have visited this establishment many times and we are always pleasantly surprised each time we visit. We appreciate the staff and excellent service.

Pre-Birthday/ pre-hurricane desert outing with wife and friends. My wife’s favorite place for the goat cheese cheesecake. Server Megan was awesome in taking care of our party. Highly recommend this place for great food and service.

Wonderful meal, terrific service. If you're a true meat/steak lover this is a great place. Steak was cooked to perfection with the most amazing “char” flavoring and so tender. Our server was so well versed in the various cuts of meat and how they're prepared. A truly fine steakhouse.

One of the top five meals i've ever had in my life. Service was excellent. Price is a little bit on the high side but worth it.

We went there for dinner yesterday to celebrate my birthday. The place is quiet and not busy because we were there earlier to avoid the crowd. We were seated by the frosted window area at one corner and the room was bright and very pleasant. Our server( Eduardo ) is very wonderful and helpful. He makes the celebration and dinner very special and pleasing to us. I had the broiled salmon and he was able to see to my special request to change that whipped ( with dairy that I couldn't tolerate ) mashed potatoes to smashed crispy potatoes. The asparagus was one with wider stalks that I liked so much and they were deliciously grilled. Only negative side it's I forgot to ask for minimal oil that was added to my dish. My husband had the boneless ribeye with a side of creamed spinach. The ribeye was cooked well medium rare and was delicious. But the creamed spinach wasn't extraordinary because there wasn't too much of spinach but more of the cream. Wished they could improve on that!!! He had red wine and later our server wanted to compliment me with a surprise and I picked the champagne ( my husband had that because I don't drink ) and also they passed a birthday card to me and that itself was very special also. The server also brought prior to the main meal a basket of varieties of bread which was outstanding. There were 4-5 kinds of bread and a plain cracker that worked for me. Enjoyed the one black olive bread roll so much. Eduardo tried his best yesterday and sincerely appreciative with the effort that he showered to my birthday. We didn't have room for the dessert plus most of them contains dairy. Both of us felt everything was pleasing except the dishes were prepared with too much of oil.
