First time dining in at the Stuart location. I arrived just before the dinner rush (thankfully). My server was Nikki and she was sweet and soft spoken. However, Nikki was attentive and quick on her feet! The food came out quickly. The kids grilled chicken was cooked perfectly. Fries were seasoned and fresh. My husband’s Filet was cooked to order. My bloomin fried chicken was tender. Brianna the manager, passed by the table to see if we needed anything during our dinner.
UPDATE : Almost 3 years later and I still love this restaurant! However, I needed to come back to make an exclusive shout out and remark to the manager at this location named Justin!! He has went above and beyond for a couple small mistakes during a pick up order. However, it is a small things that someone takes into account to show their true integrity and character and Justin definitely deserves his management position at this Outback! Thank you so very much Justin & the team!

Probably one of the worst restaurants for service in Stuart. Food is what it is for Outback. But we got there to over a half empty restaurant at 8:20p and by 8:35p not one person came to our table to greet us or take a drink order. They dont care here. So please take your money and time elsewhere

Awful... this place used to be great! You could stop in after work grab a drink and an appetizer throw 20 on the bar and walk out full and happy... NOT ANYMORE... Food tastes like it was cooked with a heat lamp... auzzie fries used to be my go to. Now they taste like fried cardboard. I ordered a single shot of house tequila, 7bucks!?! Don't waste your time or money here... there's a million BBQ joints around here where the food is 10x better and doesn't taste like a frozen dinner from aldi! Bartender was taking my plate off the bar before i finished eating, and DON'T GO BY THE TIP GUIDE ON THE CHECK! NEVER AGAIN...

Main server was ok. Rotten lettuce in our Ceasar salad was replaced promptly and apologetically. Runners (other server literally threw the plate down in front of my child which was weird...didn't say a word. It was 4pm, so they were not in the weeds. Otherwise, a good meal

We have always visited the Outback every trip we do to Stuart but unfortunately this visit will be the last 😞 On our trip 2 years ago it was nowhere near as good as previously, but we tried again this trip and it was poor.. Such a shame 😞

I ordered from Outback often because it is easy, convenient and I like the food. They are one of the few restaurants that serve until 10 pm on weekdays. Ever since the pandemic all the others close early.

Went to the Stuart location with an old friend of mine to catch up before I move, and it turned into the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. Tables were sticky, silverware was filthy, and the bathrooms had NO soap, NO toilet paper, and smelled awful. My bread had green fuzz, my salad had a bug in it, and the steak was slimy. Simon, our server, spent the whole time on his phone and ignored us, while the manager hid in the kitchen the entire visit. This place is filthy, unsafe, and run by people who clearly don’t care about their customers or their food. Avoid it like the plague.

Had my steak delivered. Absolutely delicious, seasoned perfectly. Grilled asparagus & salad made it a complete meal! The girl that delivered was personable & friendly! Outstanding & will order again!
